Everything pretty basically just too basic for what they’re charging

Pillows totally awful .. had to use a blanket to top up the pillow.. no utensils to eat with, no microwave, extremely small, heard everything next door and you had to literally search for your unit rather very small room. Maintenance was very poor, mosquitoes all over the place. No preparation for guest arrival such as a fridge turned on! Just extremely basic.. or. PowerPoints limited, even they had a power board.. no bottled water etc will definitely not be returning.. if your looking for any luxury forget it., same as over 15 years ago, no real maintenance or care also note book a month in advance put beside the road, so far from the beach and pool for an overnight visitor you you think they could try a bit harder

I don’t like the attitude of the receptionist. When she is checking us in she didn’t even smile to us. I don’t like the rooms they are so small it wasn’t that we have expected.

I like their location its easy to find its just along the hi-way. When we enter the place its so quiet and peaceful and just minutes walk to the beach.

We had, from the description, anticipated a more complete kitchenette. Having stayed previously in a one bedroom villa with full kitchen facilities, we had hoped for something similar. Unfortunately, we were faced with just a microwave, kettle and toaster which was not much use for preparing dinners and breakfasts. I am an old fashioned cook who likes to prepare meals not just microwave them.

A stunning place to stay walking out onto the beach. Beautiful shady grounds and friendly wildlife. Great pool for swimming and being inside extra bonus.

Very overpriced. Villas were nice but the finish was disappointing - a bit of interior decoration would make it much more comfortable. Felt like a hospital - sterile. It's a beach side property so maybe a picture hung on a wall would give it a more relaxing feel. Calling it a resort yet no 24 hr reception, no restaurant, no room service but definitely charge as though it was a 5 star! Poor customer service and no follow up on problems. Beds and pillows were cheap and lumpy with no support. Hot water didn't work, maintenance had no clue so I searched for a service manual online. Managed to get it going manually so they gave me a lighter to start it each time and said they would replace the unit next week. No offer of a room change no follow up from reception. Not even an apology. Check in closes at 6:30 pm. We were called and confirmed we would be arriving around 5pm. We're then called again while enroute at 4:30 to remind us of the 6:30 deadline! Were told there was wifi and given login with no password and was told they would find out and let us know - never heard another thing. Very disappointing given the location is beautiful. Just let down by the very obvious tourist cash grab mentality they have adopted.

Very noisy from adjoining occupiers. The curtains didn’t fully cover the window… especially near the door. It would be better if the curtain track went further than just the window to cover the cracks where passers by could see in. There was a brick that had lifted in the footpath which caused my sister a nasty fall. This was reported to reception.

The chairs in the room are extremely uncomfortable. They are just metal out door chairs. I had to bring in one of the plastic wicker chairs from the veranda which was a little better once I had put a pillow on it.

Wifi… still needs some work done to it to improve its accessibility. Modem in villa needed replacement (which occurred thanks to Josh) tho the dongle provided did not work at all in the villa.

Lovely property just outside Busselton.. lovely surrounds, close to beach, well maintained.. excellent staff. Josh was wonderful when trying to fix my wifi. Cleaning staff lovely. Front desk (night manager in particular as he was very helpful and accommodating) are all wonderful. I stay here 4 times/year and always enjoy my time here.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, we booked about 10 minutes before arriving and the room we had booked did not have suitable beds, so they moved us to a different room. The room was very clean and comfy and right on the beach so we could watch the sunset. The shower was great.
