Walls in our room were paper thin, so could here neighbours, but they were good neighbours, so not really a problem. Wouldn't have like a snorer next door.

Car park not near room

Located on the beach about 4km from the centre of Busselton. Shops nearby but car is needed. Room was located at rear of the property close to the road. A little dated but quiet, spacious and clean. Plenty of space for tennis, volleyball etc and a heated pool. Swam in the sea and saw dolphins. Great for young families .Great value

Room we stayed in was part of the villa with sliding balcony door as an entrance. No lock on fly screen sliding doors. Not enough parking near the room, we had to park in another street in front of someone else’s villa. It would be easier if parking was numbered in line with accommodation.

Clean and comfortable for one night

Bathroom limited for space and furniture in need of an update (sofa in particular). Room slept 3 people, but only had a two seater sofa, no third chair. No bedside lights - main lights were very bright so bedside lights would have given a softer option. Overall, a little expensive for what you get.

The room was clean and reasonably well equipped (fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave). Bed was comfortable with some of the softest sheets we had on our entire 6 week trip. Nice to have chairs to sit outside as well as a table inside. Swimming pool nice but in need of an update (peeling surfaces etc). Great location for the beach directly behind the property with a nice footpath to walk both towards and away from Bussleton.

No cafe or restaurant and no microwave in room. Be prepared to eat out every day! For some reason the toilet cistern button very hard to push.

The bar fridge had to be turned off because it was so noisy at night. It needs some easier access power points, especially for the bedside and kettle set-up. There was no power point near the kettle, so had to set kettle up on the tiny bathroom sink! Although pool opened at 7AM it wasn't available as maintenance was being done til after 9 when I checked out. A bit disappointing.

The bush setting is lovely in among all the trees, with a table and chairs outside your room. The room had all the necessities, but was a bit dated. Super comfortable bed and pillows. I loved being able to walk to the beach and have a swim, very close. The other facilities like the volleyball court and pool are a plus.

Although we request the same villa, it is in need of a refresh of paintwork etc. There is no allocated parking space for any particular villa, and I feel that it would make sense to number x 1 space per villa to avoid other villas visitors or multiple cars hogging all the spots. We even had people parking on the grass next to our villa because they could not be bothered to walk to their villa from another parking spot. No food or beverage outlet at all on site, and the nearby bar TONIC (on another site) left alot to be desired. There are shops within walking distance, but sometimes, just nice to be able to grab a barista coffee in the morning. Maybe in certain villas consider putting in barista coffee machines like the nespresso ones and sell coffee pods at reception? Also, would be nice to have an icecream fridge on site or vending machine? Again, either in the reception or where the swimming pool is?

Location of venue is great. Straight onto the beautiful beach. We always request a specific villa we like the position of as it offers a small courtyard to relax in that is private. Check in and out process is easy and efficient. When we requested fresh towels half way through our stay they were delivered promptly and they even refreshed our bedding. Internet speed and tv reception was so much better this year.

Walls rather thin between rooms or neighbours were very loud!

Very clean, very comfortable room. Good TV. Lots of parking.. Lovely native plants everywhere and some local ducks! Great location near beautiful beach. Local shops and beach bar..

No ones fault that it was so hot, but the bedrooms were very hot at night, and the fans were very noisy. maybe we will go a bit later next time.

Our hot water unit for our shower was cold every night I think sue to the amount of people who had possibly crammed to many into the suite therefor using the all of the hot water.
