Curtains could close better to avoid light from the outside. You can hear everything from niehgbour rooms. Would be good an electricity point next to the bed.

Having the rain pouring from the roof on the entrance of the bedroom. Not being able to heat up the bedroom properly even with the split system on, bedroom was also cold and difficult to heat up with the timer. I arrived on a very rainy day so I would like to come back in summer to experience the difference. The buzzing of the aircon unit in the reception was also unpleasant especially being tired from driving and having to get your receptionist to repeat himself because of it.

Like the spacious bedroom and bathroom, enjoyed the spa bath. Good facilities on site like swimming pool, tennis court. The location of my room away from the traffic so that it was peaceful. Friendly receptionists. Clean bedroom and bathroom and comfortable bed Will come back at a warmer time

While raining our car park got flooded making it difficult to get into our car without soaking our shoes. The shower had a lot of water come out from the screen and left a lot of water outside when you finished.

We were happy with the room overall. Very clean and most of what we needed for our 4 nights.

Some footpaths not well lit at nights making the brickpaths a little dangerous as it's uneven at some places and it gets very dark. Not great soundproofing - our villa was separated by an adjoining door so we could hear the tv in the visitors room adjoining our which was only separated by a door. A small hand broom was available, however it would be great if a mop and broom is available to clean wet bathroom floor after shower wets most of bathroom floor and broom to sweep sand from walking in and out. Better rain coverage for patio outside - during wet weather you cannot use the outside table. I would also recommend providing a space for families to store their bike/scooters at their villas.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, free WiFi was great for evenings watching movies together as a family. Enjoyed having full kitchen and laundry facilities, comfortable beds. Heated indoor pool, close walking proximity to beach. Enjoyed the tranquility of being surrounded by all the peppermint trees and quiet surroundings. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I didnt like the cleaner knocking on the door to wake me up an hour before checkout. Ive never had this happen before and felt a little strange and somewhat demanding.

The walls between each room were very thin. Got woken up multiple times during the night due to children yelling in next door suite.

The toilet did not flush, we resorted to filing the bowl with water to discharge the waste. Also most of the lights around the pathways were not working, difficult to walk from the car park to Chalet 81 without using the torch on our phones. Inconvenient. I mentioned both the issues when checking out.

The room was clean. Disappointed there was no electric frying pan, given there is no stove top. We rang and request one and it was quickly supplied.
