Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Chalets could do with a little bit of upgrading , kinda tired. Chalet numbers should be displayed more visible , we encountered a number of people lost trying to follow the map, numbers should be visible from the road and be larger .
Close to the beach , pool , chalets clean. Nicely situated in small groups amongst the trees. Park very clean and tidy.

We booked a three bedroom Villa and had 4 adults. They had 3 keys but only gave us 2- refusing to let us have the third one. The bathroom fittings were loose and falling off

Nothing, very happy with the facility.
Nice location. Car parking close to unit and in the middle of the property so it felt very safe. Bed was large and comfortable. Shower was big good pressure and hot as you like. We also had a large spa bath which we did not use. Room was large with good facilities and plenty of teas and coffee. Good quality fit out. Very quiet location.

The only con would be the plumbing, I think, gurgling from 10pm onwards, making it slightly difficult to sleep.
The facilities were great, the room was splendid, enjoyed the spa bath and location right near the beach and a food outlet, Groper, 5 minute walk, superb.

It would have been preferable to have aircon in the bedrooms but there were fans which did a decent job. The shower door didn’t seal shut so there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor

The room could have had a toaster for the people that didnt wont or realize we could have had a kitchen, but other then that it was a great stay.
The location was fantastic , the walk through to the beach was a bonus and a lovely warm pool to have a swim later in the afternoon when there was a cool breeze was fabulos.The room was clean and comfortable.

just little stuff-fridge door didn’t close properly all the time. Window in main bedroom needs replacing. won’t open. WiFi a bit hit and miss. please leave the demountable toilets unlocked or unlock them about 6am. with four people sharing one toilet it was a problem first thing in the morning. particularly with toilet and shower in the same room. don’t understand why people want to shower early in the morning but they do. probably time to upgrade the BBQs.
The units are quite big.
