Would have appreciated some cold water in the fridge upon arrival and some individual packaged biscuits supplied. On arrival you are either hot and sticky and looking for a cold drink or tired and wanting a hot drink and light refreshment to pick you up.

Only 2 glasses, cutlery etc, so you have to wash up after every meal or snack.

Location. Good size of cabin. Easy parking. Next to nice beach. Great location for touring Margaret River.

poor wifi and thin walls. Our wifi only worked 5% of the time. And we could hear conversations from next door. We had to go elsewhere to eat but that seemed to be factored into the price and we could walk to nearby food outlets.

The Fridge makes a lot of noise and as it is near the bed it can be unpleasant. We requested a quiet room and were given a room near the highway- it appeared that the resort was not fully booked and it would have been nice to have had a room closer to the beach.

We enjoyed the Spa bath and Shower, the outdoor dining area, the large sized bed that was very comfortable.

Barbecues were difficult to find and they were pretty average.

The proximity to the beach and also Abbey Beach Resort makes Bayview Geographe a convenient location.

we had possums in the ceiling both nights which kept us awake. we spoke to staff who came to investigate and did what they could. we were offered to change room but we declined as it was a short stay. other than that there is nothing to not like

No convection oven in villa but it's a small let down.

Great location near the beach. Tennis courts were well kept. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The water hammer in the shared unit (single building, two seperate units) from the other visitors every-time they turned the water on / off for their family was genuinely frustrating. Unsure if they could hear it, potentially not - didnt check that side of the building to see where the hot water system was. Please don't advertise WiFi as an available feature, Unifi with an un-useable received signal in the unit with what appears to also have speed throttling.

The walls are paper thin. we had a unit that adjoined another and could hear their tv, children crying etc. OUr air conditioner appeared not to work. when checked it did, but you have to be right on top of the unit for the remote to work, which rather defeats the purpose of a "remote". We were very cold the first night. On top of that the compressor from next door's unit was located outside our room, not theirs. We didn't realise this and when they turned it on at about 2am, onthe first night it woke us up but we thought it was our compressor and couldn't understand why it was running when we had been unable to turn our reverse cycle system on earlier!! When we did get ours to work the compressor was quiet so clearly the one next door was faulty but having reported it faulty we got no response.

The resort is nice with lovely gardens but we didn't use many of the facilities so cannot comment on them. Reception staff were helpful and friendly

units 301 & 80 getting old and need maintenance, toilet drippings, towel rail fell off wall, carpets needed cleaning, ants coming into room, toilet seat wrong size, toilets need replacing, dishwasher old and doesn’t clean dishes.

Wi-fi was poor, pool was cold, mini golf was very basic.

The fridge was set such that it froze everything and there were no instructions so in our attempts to fix it we actually made it colder. It was very difficult to connect to the WiFi and when one managed to do so it didn't work anyway. It would be far better to say there is no WiFi than to have one that doesn't work!

The villa was spacious and there were sufficient shops and restaurants nearby

The aircon unit was a little noisy. The fact it wasn't self contained. It was a lovely little unit,but I wouldn't pay full price for what you get,which is a shame.
