location too far out of the centre of Busselton. Staff rude. No manager. Toilet leaking. Fridge old and froze everything. No lights outside to find where our room was. Area was flooded around the parking. Staff looked into the windows of our room making me feel uncomfortable.

The airconditioning was very poor and when we called for assistance the staff was prompt and they tried to help but the system was ancient and nothing much could be done.

Staff were responsive and location was convenient. They had a variety of rooms. My sister's room was better than ours. She had no complains.

Units had nothing on the walls. For such a beautiful part of WA didnt feel homely. Reception said they usually charge for the tennis courts. When you are paying nearly 300 a night it should be free. Would be nice if they offered swimming towels on arrival. Needed to get sugar twice in stay. Didnt feel it Was value for money.

I think the beds are nearing their end of life, still ok but not brilliant. There was a bit of dust around and the bathroom floor tiles and grout look like they could do with a super clean but all in all the place was clean and tidy.

All 3 bedrooms were furnished with a kingsize bed, TV, ensuite, bar fridge, kettle, ironing board as well as separate entry doors and outdoor setting - which surprised us. In addition to that, the kitchen had microwave, full size fridge/freezer, small oven and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Main bedroom had a jacuzzi too. The grounds are lovely. The grandkids loved the heated pool.

The house was a bit cold (it was the winter time). Happily, the team gave us radiators to compensate :o)

Beautifull resort close to the Indian ocean. Equipment of the resort was very good (tennis courts, natural mini golf, heated swimling pool, ...). Reception team was very simpathetic

Hearing the people in other rooms, especially when they used the bathroom. The outside lights lit up the room when you were ready for bed. Having to park in small carparks and having to carry everything up the footpath to your room

Our experience at this motel was truly outstanding. The entire complex is cozy, modern, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect holiday house. The spacious grounds offer plenty of parking, and the individual cottages are excellently equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a brand-new kitchen and appliances, a comfortable bed, heating, mosquito screens, and zoned lighting. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, and the powerful hairdryer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The bathroom itself was convenient and well-designed. One of the highlights is the direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the property. Additionally, the heated indoor pool was a fantastic feature. The playground and outdoor beach volleyball court are great additions for families with children, making it an even more enjoyable stay. We are absolutely thrilled with our choice and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

The unit was very cold and lacked coziness and style. It was very stark and clinical but very clean. A nicely painted feature wall would help and some nice lamps beside the bed instead of a bright down light would help some nice comfy chairs would also be good and somewhere to put your bags instead of all in the floor, especially as the unit was set up as disabled.

Loved The way the chalets are spread out through the park under the trees. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Spa was amazing.
