You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThis property make a few adjustments to improve its value for money. We paid just over $500 per night. For this I would’ve liked the property to have some extra comforts - a dishwasher, electric blankets (esp to combat the draught in the master bedroom), washing detergent (just a starting amount), nicely presented shampoos, conditioners, body washes in the bathroom. The property was tidy enough but again, to improve the sense of value for money I would’ve liked clean skylights, no cobwebs or dust behind doors, and a replacement (or painting) of the shelves in the kitchen cupboard.
Location was fabulous. And the dog friendliness a big bonus. Bedding configuration suited our needs. Shower was lovely!!!

Australia1. Sheets were unclean with blood spots 2. The pots and pans amd toaster were sticky 3. Only one toilet roll for 2 people for 3 nights. But staff came and gave extra roll 4. The TV did have image. On calling staff came n rectified but images went again. Then we had to look online and rectified the same. 5. After all this they kept sending us list of tasks we shud do before vacating property 6. Wet laundry from previous people was in washing machine. All this and other minor issues spoilt our mood for my birthday weekend.

AustraliaThe reason my rating is so low is that I actually had to leave my work to find the key. days before the booking they sent me multiple emails asking for more and different CC. Lorne has poor reception on my phone so this was difficult already. then the people on the phone about the key were so unhelpful they first they said the key is at the office - then i received a text that it was under the mat then no its in a lock box at the office - this was all in a matter of hours so i was walking to and from the accomodation and office with limited reception and no car. finally a man who owned the house called me and said it was a code and not a key where all the comms say key!
