Being elderly we found the tiled floors throughout a little hard on the body and it also made the apartment noisy. A big rug in the lounge area might help mitigate this.

The complex is about 30 years old. all Apartments have been refurbished over the last decade, the lighting thruout is Fluorescent with no alternative,

The complex is on a Fabulous Beach, a short walk to Cafes & Restaurants, walking tracks & activities.

- Needed to use a key to exit the fire escape door to get to the carpark. Using a key for fire escape is not ideal and safe. - Not a pram or wheelchair friendly complex. Need to carry stairs of pool and go the long way out the undercover carpark to wheel out. - For the money spent to stay, foxtel would be ideal. Need to supply conditioner in showers, not just shampoo.

It was great location, nice apartment Fiona was very friendly and helpful. Love the boardgames in the cupboard.

Someone to be in the office when we arrived. Time wasted trying to figure out how to operate things. We never did find out how to work the stove. Need to know definite times when office open . Perhaps this is not a problem in the busy rimes. Things could be difficult without a mobile phone. Not everyone has a mobile.

Close to good restaurants near by Moving from parking to lift to unit so easy. Trolleys handily located to take luggage to unit. Bed was a bit high for me. Great to hear the waves at night. Good to have roof garden available but bad weather meant we didn’t use it . Bad weather curtailed lots of our plans but I know all would have been good without the raina

Unit 8 has furniture that is decades old and needs to be upgraded. The plastic table and chairs on the balcony are not attractive or comfortable. The laundry tap leaks and needs a new washer. The ensuite tap fitting is loose and needs adjustment. The complimentary biscuits were stale. The underground carpark for unit 8 was very tight.

Location is excellent - close to beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The air conditioning in the living area, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 was efficient and quiet. The pool was great. The staff were friendly. Good value at $378 / night.

When I booked it told me there was going to be 1 room with 1 * double bed and 2 rooms with 2 single beds but when we got into the room there was 1 room with a double instead of a single which was a pain in the arse.

Single beds were only suitable for kids. Very poor for adults who are sleeping in them for a week. No home comforts eg there could be a nice rug on the floor in the lounge for comfort in the colder/wetter months. Also no cushions or rug on the couch in the unit we were in (Unit 5). It would be nice if there were a few things like salt, pepper and glad wrap in the pantry for a week stay - also some cleaning product for the toilet and bathroom as there is no clean during the week stay. Dining chair collapsed on our first day, so we did not use the table again.

Previous owners had accidentally changed our booking from three to two bedrooms. However the new manager Ri organised an alternative and compensation. We also found many cockroaches in our room.
