Nothing other than bed was a bit too soft.

Room was lovely, able to get late check out,pool was great and David very pleasant and helpful. Position was very good and easy to walk to town.

Walkable to beach and Byron centre. Car park. Air conditioning , ceiling fans , outdoor table. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff and room ready early.

Pool wasn’t as big as the images made out, no change of towels for longer stays told to wash them and 1 bin bag/toilet roll seems a bit silly especially as it’s fully equipped to cook etc. was weird to give more when asked told to go buy at shops didn’t need lots just a few extras would make a great stay

We were sadly allocated a roadside apartment for our 4 night stay and found the road very noisy and the bed too firm. Spoke to the managers who were very friendly but couldn’t be moved as fully booked for the weekend and any refund out of the question. Only given a tiny sachet of washing up liquid and one dish washer tab but no dish washer! Annoying to have to purchase such items when we travelled by plane.

Enjoyed the pool and good size shower in accommodation.

There was no trash bags and not enough stuff provided to either use the dishwasher or do the dishes yourself.

It was a really nice apartment. Kitchen was great, good location and it also had a little pool.

The property location is perfect. The facilities including the kitchen utensils, parking and items around the apartment were very good. It was also very space and secure which is perfect for solo travellers.

Unit 6 facing the road was very noisy. Couldn’t sit outside at all due to constant traffic noise right through the early hours.

Wifi didn’t work. Fridge didn’t really work and thought we might have had our room cleaned or something more to clean with. We were given limited toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, washing powder.

It’s very cosy with amazing access to beach from out the back gate. It’s a ten minute stroll into town so best of both worlds.

Pool was small for the number of units. More cutlery would have been nice (only 2 forks but numerous knives/spoons). Supplies more relevant to the length of stay would have been appreciated (1 teatowel and 1 tiny sachet each of washing detergent and washing powder for a 5 night stay).

Great location. Room was clean and tidy. Lockup garage and pool on site. Washer and dryer in unit.

The bedroom in our unit didn't quite get as cool despite the ceiling fan on and air-conditioning switched on in the living room. Because of this, we kept the portacot in the living room for the toddler to keep cool. Would've preferred a standard cot with mattress over the portacot provided but this wasn't a huge problem. I probably should've clarified with them first.

We stayed here with our toddler. Great facilities with pool, washing machine, dryer and kitchen. Great location - walking distance in either direction to the town centre or the opposite way to Belongil beach. Not too noisy despite staying in a front unit by the main road. Overall good facilities and location for the price.

The microwave was above fridge and too high for a shorter person, plenty of bench space and power points so l don’t know why you would have it there as it was too dangerous to use, hot shower tap loose and falls off.

Unit was spacious and supplied well with utensils , pool was great. In a reasonable area from main shops about 10 minute walk.

Uncomfortable bed and could have been a bit cleaner. Also only 2 towels for 3 people, with no hand towels, face washers or bath mat? Not sure if that is the norm though. Portacot was not in the room when we arrived, staff did apologise though. Quick phonecall and it was easy enough for me to go to the undercover car park to find, with double or queen bed flat sheet as am option for an Anco cot. (Depending on your babies age consider taking a cot sheet).

The location was brilliant, short walk to shops and cafes, and main beach. Belongil beach was close too but a little walk with a toddler (take your pram). Great little apartment, for some reason I thought I had booked 2 bedrooms (as they are available here) but totally on me, I must have made an error and only booked one bedroom. Which meant sleeping in the same room as our toddler who doesn't always sleep the best. We found the bed to be quite uncomfortable and a fair bit of noise at night if you left a window open, which we felt necessary for airflow. The pool was nice, I don't think heated. Apartment was pretty clean but definitely not spotless. Secure undercover car park and gated apartment buildings were great as well, very secure. All in all, highly recommend, great spot and nice stay.

Cups very stained. Cleaning could have been better. Shower door needs fixing so water doesn’t run on floor. Sharp knives would be good. Front door rattled in the wind

The reception was unattended and we are virtually having a transaction via sms or email. It was okay until you need something e.g batteries for remotes. We did not bother contacting them since they are not in the location anyway..

The location is good as it is closed to the towncentre and the beach.

The fold out bed had a ray of first morning light fall directly onto it through the decorative circular window that had no curtains. This meant the person asleep on the sofa bed was woken early and would also mean it would be unsuitable for kids

Our extra bed was forgotten but the gentleman who was on duty was prompt in sorting out the mixup. Location was pretty good and apartment was spacious and comfortable
