This place has a wow” factor that far exceeds expectations. The beautiful king size bed, comfy lounge and perfect kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. I love the heat lamps in the bathroom and the shower was larger than most. I would highly recommend this place. Not to mention the location, just a few steps and you’re on the beach. Perfect!

A perfect spot for our night stop. The proximity to the beach is a real gem with enough facilities for a short stay. We stayed only one night and this didn’t give us time to explore too much other than walks along the beach which is a private track of 30 secs walk.

Liked it all

It was well appointed and had everything we needed. Even additional towels. Only 20 metres to the beach. There is a iga and bottle 5 mins away. We did a few of the cape walks and was close and easy to get to.

There was nothing not to love

The location of the studio was fabulous….just a few steps and we were on a magical white sandy beach with turquoise water. The studio was immaculate, well equipped with a very comfy king sized bed. Based 15 minutes from Port Arthur,it was a great stop over which we would thoroughly recommend.

The beach was really nice and although it was a holiday weekend, there were not that many people on it. Although you can’t see it from the unit itself, it is literally a 30 second walk. Another nice bonus is that it faces west so you get beautiful sunsets. The unit itself I was very clean and comfortable and I was definitely a fan of the town of Nubeena. If you want a good local, down to earth dining/drinking experience, check out the Ex Services bar nearby. The food was great and the beer was fresh. I did not meet the owners of the unit. I dealt with Laura, the manager. She was incredibly responsive and wonderful to deal with.

Good sized beach studio, great location on the beach, comfortable large bed. Cooking facilities good, bathroom OK. Nice little outside yard with table and chairs. Overall great experience.

One suggestion - it could do with a coffee table near the sofa, there’s nowhere to put your drink but on the floor (and that’s tempting fate for the rug).

could use an iron and ironing board as travelling from suit case leaves clothes looking ragged. key safe was stiff and difficult to open needs a little adjustment step out of shower is a little daunting when feet are slippery, this could be a safety concern for host as may prove a problem in the future directions to restaurants like "on the bay" would be great in unit as google was useless.

great location, a very well appointed studio apartment, undercover parking as it was raining, good info book and details in apartment easy to find, we felt comfortable and welcome, would definitely stay again on next visit and recommend to friends

The sliding toilet door was spoilt and hard to pull and close properly. Injured my arm while doing so. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the accommodation.

Clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed. It has a private porch for parking with an electronic gate that you could close for added privacy and security. It was cold, hence appreciate the heater function via the air conditioning unit. So glad there is available Netflix on TV.

The door to the bathroom was slightly broken, difficult to close fully. Also, just note that there is a house next door so you may see other people (not necessarily a bad thing though!)

The room was clean and very organized. Amenities were also good. The communication was clear and precise and it was easy to find the place as well. The beach is literally like 1 min walk away from the room.
