This apartment is privately owned so it does not (officially) provide access to the resort front desk. This can potentially restrict the ability to leave bags before check-in time and after checking out - we were fortunate that the resort front desk staff, in during our stay, kindly provided this service for us. Upon picking up keys from the key box, I found a note from the previous occupants who found number of lights not working (most likely bulbs) and visible cockroaches. We too found this to be the case.

Without doubt, the location is brilliant. Extremely close to the beach and surf club and a 5 minute walk to the pier. Restaurants and shops are right on the doorstep.

Apartment is a bit run down. Shower is awesome & huge. But wonder how elderly/short people get out, having to climb out as the step down to floor is huge and I'm of good height

Excellent location. Fabulous view. Room is a bit dated now and needs a facelit. Would stay agsin though. kitchen well equipped.

Given a one bedroom unit for 4 people, with one double bed and a pull out sofa( for four unrelated friends) The secret squirrel stuff and codes to get get keys for a safe outside a realtor Carpet on the exit to lifts and rooms was covered in plastic No staff to speak to

The view was amazing, central Roof top spa was clean , warm

The tv and wifi were not great. Hard to load any movies and had to use my laptop and my phone hotspot. The room was also really hot at night despite it only being September and setting air con to 22 degrees.

I didn't know when booking that this unit was not managed by the resort. There is no local contact for any issues and we had one with the TV. My wife and I are average height but nearly came to grief getting in and out of high sided bath to use shower. This spoiled our stay.

Location and view were very good. Bed was comfortable.

The property was lovely and clean and in a fantastic location, has a great beach view from the balcony. Parking was easy. The facilities were fantastic, the pool and spa was a great bonus of staying here. When I had a question about my check in time I received a quick and helpful response. I would definitely stay here again.

Very dated, unit has had a hard life and things like the ironing board was hopeless, bathroom vent was dislodged and just hanging on etc.

It’s a little tired and dated. Apartment was okay but felt cramped due to the furnishings. A bit more attention to detail with cleaning is needed, but understand that cleaners are in a time frame

Proximity to the beach and esplanade, although with that it was noisy on Saturday night with music from the night markets and the surf club.

I have received in excess of 10 emails with the same or very similar instructions. Absolute overkill for the simplicity of what is required.

Location was fine though the view was more looking directly into the back of the resturants on the next block and the car park rather than the beach or ocean.

That the keys are in a different pick up/drop off location to the stay. Yes it’s only a street away. But as road or building works were happening, we weren’t able to turn down the street that was needed so I had to jump out of the car while hubby drove around till he could pick me up again.

Great location within walking distance of everything we needed/ wanted to visit as a family. Also only a 15-20min drive to the big pineapple and a bit further for the ginger factory. Great view that you could look at from laying in bed, sitting on the couch or sitting out on the balcony. Plenty of parking spots and the kids loved the pool area.
