We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaBeds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was awesome, and the hot breakfast was amazing. Across the road from Red Rooster. Pool was lovely. I don't do stairs, but our room was upstairs. I found the stairs easy because they're not steep. Very clean and spacious rooms. It's a non smoking Motel, but they do provide a smoking area.

The room had plenty of space and storage. I liked how it had good amount of bench space. It had a cute private courtyard. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great room in a good location. AC works well given how hot it was. The room was clean and comfy and it is a huge room! The hotel is close to great places to eat. The lady at check in was super friendly 🙂

AustraliaBathroom was a little dated, and so came across as less clean than it probably was (note I would have given top marks but we stayed in a motel the night before that has redefined 'spotless' for me!).
Room was an excellent size; room was up some stairs, but we were right beside these so were able to park directly below; bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of power points, etc. Staff were friendly. Pool looked really nice and well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable king bed. Large room with air-conditioning. Comfortable 2 seater sofa. Nice to have table, two chairs, plates and utensils. Also good to have washing up products and toaster. Nice shower, with good water stream. Quiet location. We were on 1st floor and stairs were low profile so easy to get up with luggage.
