Owners were very helpful and friendly. Helped me to ensure we had room to park our trailer. Cabin was clean and had what we needed. My only comment is that we had 4 independent people in our cabin who travelled in from different places in three cars and although there was plenty of room for parking the three cars, and the trailer without impacting any other guests, we only had permission to put two cars in the park.

Our stay was very quick, overnight 7pm-8am, we didn't meet any staff but communication was excellent. The park itself is beautiful and spacious, it has great sized sites, a lovely communal kitchen area and a cool little playground/jumping pillow. Definitely a basic set up but done very well. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, spa or cars but they all looked well maintained, the pool deck was excellent. Toilet blocks and the family bathroom was very well maintained. Our room was perfect for an overnight stay with everything we needed for goods night rest provided. The deck was lovely, bathrooms very clean and the couch was comfortable though quite small (expected for budget room though), comfy beds. The only thing we would mention is that there may have been some oversight for the reset of our room. With a family of five it would have been great to have more than one serve of milk, also the cookie packets had been opened and nibbled and the hot chocolate also was open, it wasn't worth hassling anyone for after hours service but we were looking forward to a hot drink and some tv after a long drive, especially the kids. Overall it was a great spot with beautiful grounds and we would be happy to stay anytime!

Ants were crawling up into the room and swarmed our food.

The location was convenient and the room was everything we hoped for and needed for our comfy night's stay. Having the bathroom as a prt of the bungalo was great.

The nearby town is a really small with limited number of restaurants.

It's clean, everything works and looks new. A lot of space for 4 of us. Just a couple of minutes from town.

i stayed in a couple of different cabins and i would think that Monaros are due for a face lift

We took a couple of wrong turns when looking for our cabin and drove through a residential area, which was a bit run down, giving us a bad first impression but it was our fault for missing the signs to our cabin.

Very friendly staff/welcome. Peaceful. Lovely walk around lake and into town. Our decking was private and sheltered. Price was very good and the cabin had everything we needed.
