Don't let the word resort fool you! Was booked as 2 rooms with shared bathroom. Didn't realise that it meant we share with half the floor. 5 rooms= 2 toilets and 3 showers. 2 adults and 3 kids. One room had a double bed other room a double bed and 2 singles. Rooms were not connected so my husband got one room and i shared with kids. Definitely not enough carparks for the 70 rooms! Only had about 12 parks.

Cons: The limited parking meant we needing to park on the other side of the street as there was no car parks available. The room was very outdated and had a musky smell as soon as we walked in.

Pro: Close to the airport and the city centre.

Beds where terrible. Fan, aircon and TV didn't work properly. No parking in tiny car park. Mould on the ceiling and pillows Was super noises could here people in the shower and other room all night. People smoking out side was coming up into my room and the place smelt of weed

The pictures and description are totally false. Tired, run down and definitely NOT the 4 stars it shows on the website. At best 2 star...avoid.

Reception charged us much less than the booking price...it became evident why.

The room I was allocated I don't think should have even been in service. The toilet was almost in the shower, in fact when you went to the toilet half of you was in the shower. The bathroom light switch was pushed into the socket so when you switched the light on it was dangerous. Not enough power switches to use lap top or other electrical devices. Very disappointing.i cancelled my next two bookings immediately upon seeing th room.

The reception lady called a taxi upon my departure.

There was very little to actually like, very old, dated, light switches were wobbly, there was not one drop of hot water in the evening after a long day of travel. The shower/toilet area is very small and with a ratty old shower curtain touching you when sitting on toilet. The microwave had to be relocated to even plug it into wall.

Noise from all around kept me awake during the night. Sound echos through the building. Felt unsafe Ss back door looked like people had tried to break in previously. Shower flooded the bathroom floor

What we didn’t like about the resort was how tired, certainly the room we were in (69) was in. It felt like because we were just there for the evening we were given the lower rate rooms at the back. The shower tiles were dirty, the silicon around the sink was black, there was half a bottle of Fanta in the fridge, the mattress was very old with huge hollows on both sides. We also received no notification with the key box number prior to arrival, despite corresponding through booking.com on more than one occasion.

A positive about this location is its close proximity to the airport

The internet was faulty, the rooms were never cleaned whilst we stayed there a week the toilets and showers were disgusting, bins weren't emptied people were arguing all times during the day and night and at the pool. There were cockroaches in the room.

Lack of parking, if you don't get a space on the grounds you must park outside near a homeless shelter which isnt the safest. Some showers didnt work and they werent kept very clean. After check in police where on site and arrested someone, made me feel unsafe for the rest of my stay. Thankfully it was only 1 night.
