Shower kitchen facilities and missing oven, No WiFi, deep pool not suitable for smaller kids and depth of pool not accurate, no proper selection of cold drinks and food, sink in bedroom not suitable to fill up bottles or kettle, Dirty mouldy shower Dirty mouldy room Toilet not regularly cleaned and replenished Slipper floor near the pool causing slip and fall Massing pot plant in the way of the steps to the slide Broken fan switch Stay for a whole week and not once we're our towels refreshed or bins clean. No dishwashing cloth and dishwashing liquid to clean our utensils. Overall place quite neglected

No toilet and shower in the room. The bed was a foam mattress on a timber board. It was not clear that it was Backpacker accommodation

The beds were terrible, pillows were old and sheets did not appear clean. The shower facilities were dirty and there was barely hot water. The pool was leaking all over the sitting area that should be fixed so you’re not having to walk through puddles of water. The Wifi didn’t work at all.

Location is ok if needing to access Cairns for travel or activities.

Interior of the rooms, too small. Untidy chair. Have to move turn around the Microwave oven to reach a GPO. The table is too soon small to maneuver. Hard to close the main door.

I obviously didn't realise that we booked a backpackers stay. There were quite a few people hanging around doorways. There were small cockroaches running about, shower and toilet outside the room. Didn't feel safe.

People at reception were nice. The aircon worked well.

Shower floor had no edge which caused whole toilet/bathroom floor to be soaked and floor mats too.

The two single bed frames were so bowed in the middle you could not even sleep properly. It was more than a saggy mattress, it was a broken bed frame on both. Air conditioner was not cold at all, and it made a hideous noise.

Unfortunately and unhappily we were disappointed to.find that the room did not match the website photos that we chose.the single bed was unnecessary as I wouldn't have asked three people to stay in that room. It also.needed facilities for washing dishes and a toaster for breakfast therefore am.unable to.reccomend your establishment to.my family 1nd friends.

For a trip with just me as a single parent it was fine and as budget accommodation for our one night but if it was a longer trip and I was in a couple with children or multiple families staying together it would have been nicer having 2 bedrooms with a door as there is no privacy from each other except the bathroom.

The room was spacious and offered plenty of beds for all of us.

~limited parking ~extremely poor mattresses in my room. ~One was only foam and the other I could feel the springs while attempting to sleep ~ Al lot of the taps drip in the toilets and the showers, despite the taps being turned off tight ~ communal kitchen facilities near the pool were cleaned well in the morning, however, very few utensils to cook with and only one electric burner working out of three ~

~Pool area was delightful ~some of the house keeping staff were angels and did everything they could to help you

Not much bench top area for the kettle. Wasn't safe for my toddler.

Even though it was shared bathroom, the room we stayed had enough beds for me and my teenage girls and plenty room for my toddler to play around in the room.

The bed in my room was a thin foam mattress on a steel frame. Really painful. I booked 3 nights but stayed 2. My room was near the entry door for the first floor, so very noisy all the time, sound bounced of the tiles and concrete and echoed.
