Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Spacious room, very clean, very friendly staff. Best part is it was dog friendly and there is a big patch of grass. Excellent place to stay if driving from Sydney to Melbourne!

I booked for three of us including breakfast but they only say 2 in their system so only breakfast given for 2.
Very clean place and lovely staff. Great for those travelling with pets.

Just a suggestion - stayed at room 2. The queen bedroom could do with one less single bed and maybe have a sit down sofa/dining table instead.
Spacious property, friendly staff, large green garden area for dogs to do their business, good spacious rooms and excellent shower.

On a pricy side, but way better than other hotels that allow dogs to stay.
Place was very clean. We travelled with a dog and the grass area in the hotel was super convenient for pooch to walk around.

I always hate when the bathroom exhaust & light are on the same switch. It’s not great that the noise of the fan disturbs others if you need to use the bathroom at night. Other dog owners should understand how hard it is to find a hotel of this quality that allows the dogs to stay. Leaving a dog locked in a room and then going out or allowing your dog to bark constantly is why many hotels don’t allow our dogs to stay! I think Duncan is so accommodating but may need to reiterate at check in to dog owners not to leave them unattended.
The room and bathroom were a generous size. A table and sofa were appreciated inclusions. Welcoming our little dog was great. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi, air con and water pressure were spot on.

I contacted the motel on our drive back to Sydney, great to have my call answered and our needs attended to after hours. We were thrilled with the prefect location for us and our show dogs. Duncan, his wife and his cute friendly Labrador were awesome!

The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and clean and had a great high pressure, big shower. I loved that the property was dog friendly and had a big lawn for my dog to run around on.

It's not in a beautiful area or anything, it really is a functional stop-off type of location, but that's just what I needed! Could have done with some more cutlery, I ate my microwave meal with a teaspoon ;-)
Arrived quite late in the evening as it was a stop off on a long journey with my dog, however I was warmly welcomed by the owner and given fresh milk. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and pleasant, and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of the room very early the next morning while preparing to leave, but I phoned the hotel number and the owner got up and let me back in. I'm so impressed by the care and attentiveness of the staff and overall quality of the motel considering it is pet friendly, I'd certainly recommend it to others road tripping with their pets!
