Right on the beach with access to the Beach Walk, can walk right in to Surfers Paradise or down to Broadbeach.

spa, out of order, which we were notified of, but we are still paying the same rate for FULL facilities advertised. Issues with access due to failure of key fob on 2 occasions. was locked in the bathroom twice due to a broken part inside ethe door handle that has clearly been broken for sometime and not fixed. the owner had changed the dead lock so maintenance could not get in to repair door with us giving them access.

The only thing I wish I had known was that there was minimal power points in the bedrooms. Phones had to be charged in bathroom or living areas as PowerPoints in room were plugged into lamps and tv which were behind the beds and hard to reach spots. But that wasn’t to big of a deal honestly thats just me nitpicking.

The absolutely amazing views, you walk into the lounge and have a stunning view of beach and ocean from almost every angle and picturesque beach side sunsets. Would wake up to amazing sunrises over the water which you could see if you sat up in bed out the window. There was quick access to the beach from the tennis courts. The pool was heated which was absolutely amazing as it is winter and the spa was being renovated so we still got to enjoy a dip which was lovely. Our 2 bedroom apartment has all the basics and plenty of room to sleep. A large bed in the master with ensuite, second room had a double bed and a single bed with another single bed that rolled out underneath it. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was just far enough from surfers to have a good nights sleep without all the noise and lights blaring in but not to far away that you couldn’t get there by walk or tram which also meant the beach wasn’t to busy and you could walk down and had a flagged swimming area with lifeguards as soon as you walked onto the sand.

The resort/apartment was perfectly situated to the patrolled beach, coffee shops, public transport and only about a 15-minute beach stroll to the entertainment centre of Surfers Paradise. The apartment itself had everything we needed from comfortable sleeping, dining, lounging, tennis court, swimming pool, sauna and spa to direct access to the beach. Apartment was dirty including bathrooms and kitchen. When I tried to talk to concierge about it he didn't do anything at all. I had pictures of the state of the Apartment and even brought down the dirty dishes to show and still nothing was done. They didn't even bother to send the cleaning person up to fix the Apartment or offer a viable solution. Therefore had to spend the first few hours cleaning Apartment myself as they didn't offer refund for me to leave and book something else.

Location was good as Apartment was at the beach.

The carpark was pretty challenging making you think twice about whether you'd actually go through the effort and leaving and coming back... too tight, bad angles.

It is a self service apartment, I expected a few more provisions available such as towels, small toiletries and even toilet paper. The room and amenities are so out of date it’s sad.

The view and location were absolutely worth it. The pool and spa facilities were also very good.

The apartment didn't have any plastic ware for kids to use. No dishes to hold meat etc when bbq-ing downstairs. No platters for snacks etc. The main light in the 2nd bedroom didn't work.

One extremely rude reception staff member. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment which was listed as "deluxe". This was not a deluxe apartment. The air conditioner did not work. Took 3 days to get a repair person to look at it. Wifi would turn off intermittently throughout the stay. The light in bedroom did not work. Required an electrician to fix it. The rude staff member and the actual apartment were a major disappointment.

Our apartment had been renovated and was modern and had perfect beach views/breeze. Absolute beach front with cafe next door - easy walk into surfers or broadbeach so very central. Great access to local cafe for brekkie and bowling club and surf clubs for cheaper dining options for families.

Dust in apartment Blinds are broken and falling apart Bed is so soft had to sleep in spare room. Really needs a do over great location and beautiful views. That's about it.
