Room was fabulous and clean although we were only told the pool was unavailable. the noise and vibration from jackhammers breaking up concrete on the grounds from 830-6pm was so loud you couldn’t even hear the TV. We were apparently upgraded although the upgrade was right next to all the noise.

Didn’t have quite enough of essentials like toilet paper, towels, dish washing liquid, soap etc. You had to buy more every couple of days.

No notification or price reduction for the pool being re constructed. Very noisy along with other apartments being renovated and the lifts were also being up graded. Seemed a work site! Ruined our holiday

accomodation was right on the beach. apartment we stayed (15D) in was top floor and amazing view toward the beach and the city. Apartment had everything you needed and was spacious and modern.

Rude reception staff. Dusty surfaces, floors, corners and skirtings. Bathroom extractor fan very dirty.

Absolutely gorgeous view Very friendly staff It's so easy to catch DIDI everywhere we needed to go. Shops and Cafe are walking distance.

Property was bit dated. Apartment's sea view had a Langham building obstruction and hence only it wasnt as good as it appeared in the pictures. The building had only one lift working and Car park was bit congested

guest are required to clean floors / cutlery prior to departure ( and arrival ). we arrived to find our room wasn’t ready for 4 hours after check in time . Full rubbish bins on arrival. we stayed for 10 days with 2 dish washing liquid pouches and 1 roll of toilet paper . When toilet paper and washing up liquid was requested we received none but their is a note to say extra is available for purchase . don’t let the above turn you off we did have a great time and would stay again. it’s a great place to stay if you want to get out and about but if you plan on relaxing in your room for a few days might look a little more .

Wifi was rubbish and dropped out all the time. Had to sign in each time we wanted to use it. No reception on the TV for 4 nights Carpets desperately needed upgraded. No facecloths in bathroom Had to buy our own toilet paper, and cleaning products when the ONE that was supplied ran out. Fair enough for milk,etc but cleaning products and toilet paper should be supplied. Especially dishwasher powder. Would be nice if there was front office staff at the desk a bit later than 5pm Fixtures and fittings in the room need attention, Towel rail barely hanging on to the wall, duct tape around toilet cystern

Perfect location. Beach was so close and very easy to get to bus stops and tram pick ups. View was fabulous. Apartment was a great size and suited us perfectly.

the apartment was dirty. the floors were so dirty we had to wipe our feet before getting into bed. half of the kitchen items had been put away dirty so we had to clean before use. one of the lifts was not working and there were several apartments under construction. we were not advised of this on booking and had we known we would have stayed elsewhere.

The drawers weren't cleaned properly, had someone's hair in there, the shower floor was uncomfortable to stand on, it looked like they tried to patch it up somehow, there was only ONE lift working so it took forever to get to our room or the car park and the car park space we had was very awkward to get to but we managed. Would've liked more blankets as it did get chilly in the apartment. No complimentary milk to make cuppas with either.

Close to the beach, able to pay deposit in cash (faster refund!), designated car park, close to activities in Surfers Paradise, not a very busy street so was easy to get in and out without traffic build up, washing machine and dryer available, decent size smart TV, free WiFi, the use of trolleys which helped A LOT to carry luggage and bags to our room! and overall spacious.

The foxtel in our room cut out every night so we had no TV for the whole stay. Tried to resolve in from night 2 and we only got to watch TV for the last 2 nights. We were there for 7 nights

car parking. we had 2 rooms but there wasn’t the option to have another car park. but we managed street parking so that was ok.

location was great, the room was massive and can fit more then just 2 families.
