Paying $500 per night we shouldn’t have to go to the shops to buy these small items Front door has 2 locks and difficult to open No sandwich press No tv in bedrooms as must No inner duvet only cover Staff front desk fantastic Facilities excellent The Dr owner of apartment needs to add these items .

There were a few items left in the apartment from previous people that the cleaners missed but it was quickly sorted by staff once I told them.

This apartment was in a great location and the facilities were excellent. Cafe and beach a short walk away.

Easy check in and check out, helpful staff. Quiet, clean apartment with facilities as noted in listing. Loved being able to use the sauna. Walkable from tram and to beach.

It was a little run down and it came with hardly anything. For an extended stay and for the price we were paying for an apartment, we were expecting more in terms of your kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc). They supplied a coffee machine and it had no pods to go with it, seems pointless to me. We were given 4 rolls of toilet paper between two bathrooms for 8 nights and then had to pay for an extra rolls if they were needed.

the dryers timer didn’t work but they’re getting the parts for it.

the room was spacious & the furnishings were stylish. some really cool paintings so props to the stylist. the pool, spa & tennis court were a big bonus while staying right on the beach. greta location every was either in walking distance or a quick bus/tram

Bedroom Patio door requires attention, requires a lot of effort to open and close. While the kitchen had enough cookware for our needs much of it was ‘tired’ and needs replacing with perhaps an upgrade in quality. Cheap non-stick pots and pans are not really adequate.

It was a good size, nicely furnished, clean and conveniently located.

The underground carpark for our room had concrete pillars either side & it was very difficult to park the car due to cars being straight across. It took about 8 forward/reverse to get in with my Triton & unfortunately my right rear lights & panel is damaged from the concrete. My advice would be to check on the car size for the room & car park space.

I think the carpets need a birthday. As well as all the kitchen ware specially the pans . To open the front door you need to be hands free , this system can be improved. Too many scans makes the things harder. The swimming pool and bbq area should be allowed at night. Specially on the hot days , currently the use is restricted until 9.15 pm. The aircon doesn't get to the main room and I think it needs another split . The fans control are complicated to use.

Location is a bonus . Outdoor facilities were good and clean all the time.

The property was lovely, but it would have been more welcoming to walk in without a fold-up bed and mattress placed right beside the entry door. It would be helpful to have rubbish bags available so we can empty the bins and replace them easily. I also noticed there was no laundry detergent or basic cleaning supplies on-site. As someone who likes to keep the space clean and tidy throughout my stay, I found this a little inconvenient as I had to purchase my own products. It would be great if the property provided essentials like rubbish bags, a small selection of cleaning supplies (such as toilet cleaner, disinfectant wipes, and an all-purpose spray), and some coffee pods for the coffee machine. Especially for guests staying longer. Aside from this, everything was perfect - thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was absolutely incredible, with easy access to the beautiful Broadbeach and scenic footpaths perfect for gorgeous walks. The property featured a huge tennis court, a pool, sauna, and a fantastic outdoor area with stunning ocean views. The balcony was spacious, offering breathtaking views of both the city and the beach, a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The home was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were good. We loved the effort put in to make it feel like a home away from home. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful setting!
