Swimming pool was under construction but we wouldn’t have used it any way and it was understandable that it was being prepared for summer.

The apartment was so well equipped that we were not wanting for anything. In our last apartment elsewhere on the Gold Coast we had to buy a fry pan and bowl! Loved looking over the beach.

It was a shame the pool was still under construction,and no in house spa,gym or sauna.

The kitchen could of been cleaned a bit better than the way we found it. The sink was greasy & the glass cupboards were very unorganised. All mirrors in the unit were smeared & not clean. I went to remove the bed sheets to make it easier for the cleaner before we left, & noticed stains on the mattress protectors. These need washing.

The strong artificial smell in the corridors and the lifts was overwhelming. We stayed for 7 days and we felt that our rooms should have been cleaned at least once during our stay. Provisions were very skimpy, ie the washing detergent, toilet paper, sugar. There should be enough of these items to last the week.

Loved the location and the airy and spacious rooms overlooking the ocean.

Great location with direct access to a beautiful, unpopulated beach. The property sits on a concreted beach path, which leads you directly into the heart of Suefers Paradise. We enjoyed walking into the centre for the Friday night markets. We had a side room on the 4th floor, which had a perfect view of the ocean.

The shower head in the ensuite was so short we couldnt use that shower at all. The was also poo smeared on a wall in the main bathroom when we checked it....

Location was great. Apartment was nice and big. It could have done with a smart tv in the bedrooms though.

we were entitled to a free taxi from the airport but even though we phoned and sent emails to booking.com this never got sorted which was very poor on there part so we had to pay for a taxi from the airport .booking .com's staff were very unhelpful and i don't think we will be using them in the future.

beach was amazing, location was fantastic and even though we had a city view we could still see the sea so this was great.

WIFI dropped out on numerous occasions.

When booking it said the pool was closed but acutely the pool is getting a complete renovation and jackhammers where going. We would have still stayed because the time of yr we don’t want to swim but it would be good to know before hand there is a full pool construction right out the window. Also my husband said the parking under the building isn’t great. When we arrived there were taxis in the driveway so it was abit hard to know where to park but that was sorted very quickly.

We have a toddler so it was great being so close to the beach. It’s not far to walk down and back being right on the beach. We booked a 2 bedroom and it was very spacious: and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Light wasn’t working in main bedroom. Foxtel and wifi kept cutting out. Chrome Casting didn’t work at all. Lift and pool was also out of service but understandable I guess. Need to clean the curtains - my daughter would end up with dust all over her from touching it
