Air-conditioner not cold at all , and off many timesnd any other fans didn't work well. I didnt see hair dryer .

The appliances and kitchenware needs an upgrade and the wifi is very very slow - we couldn't connect at all during our stay.

The apartment is big, the view is amazing and just 3 mins to the beach.

Needed to make sure the windows were closed at night because there were lots of mosquitos and other bugs. We’re from Cairns and we are used to bugs but this was a crazy amount. Apartment was clean but could be cleaner, the air vents and around the dryer and microwave etc. Overall, could do with a little TLC but we’d definitely come back.

Perfectly located between Broadbeach and Surfers. Amazing beachfront, apartment 14B had the perfect view. Kitchen was well equipped. Large rooms and comfy beds.

The apartment 15B is great value for money in this area,however it is getting tired and the lounge furniture needs a good deep clean,particularly the single easy chair. Ensuite shower door needs a new seal as the existing one is damaged and makes using the shower extremely difficult. Cleaning in bathroom corners needs attending to. Deck furniture is showing its age. Vacuum cleaner was full and smelled badly.

The location on the beachfront at Broadbeach is excellent.Shops and coffee within a few minutes walk.Broadbeach Centre is 20 minutes walk and pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a 30 minute walk. Good Uber service. Excellent and large bed. In apartment laundry is excellent. Friendly and helpful managers.

The only issue I had was not changing the linen for a 7 night stay,probably after 5 days should have been changed for the money paid I would expect that over this period.

The apartment was very good,easy accessable good parking area,walk to the beach and good enough facilities.

The actual view from the living room was lovely but not as impressive as the one supplied on the website. We had a single fronted view of the beach, and the furniture was less luxurious and dated. Still, a comfortable stay.

Noisy traffic and movement from apartment above us. Apartment a little dated and things need to be replaced/repaired eg. fan in main bedroom.. Bugs are a massive problem at night ...flywire sliding doors should be installed. Pack flyspray !!! No grocery store close so you need to catch 705 bus imto Oasis..

7B beachfront apartment offered amazing ocean views. Their was a bus stop right out the front. You could buy a few grocery lines from reception which is fantastic. Very safe and private. Short strolls into Surfers and Broadbeach. The Langham next door has the sweetest cafe 26 and Sunny...lovely coffee and we became regulars over our week long stay. Broadbeach is laid back and the place to stay.

cleaning was poor toilet brush covered in excrement. block of soap left by previous guests in shower tray had pubic hair on it lack of cleaning evident carpets dirty, stained and edges lifting and staples sharp on some edges. lots of dirty dishes and glasses not cleaned. even dried up scrambled eggs left on a bone stick frypan just thrown in the cupboard I had to clean to use. booked into 2B but downgraded to 1B which was $1400NZD for 4 nights with no offer reimbursement. kitchen was dated. microwave didn’t work and management knew and didn’t advise us said it was owners responsibility. vacuum cleaner missing head and we were wanted property needed to be left in tidy condition or face losing our bond. rice cooker in unit didn’t have cable told by management not their responsibility falls on owner again. wifi kicks you off daily and you must sign in daily. broken glass in underground carpark not cleaned up for 4 days we were there. outdoor furniture needs upgrade broken trinkets should be removed old paint tins should be removed loose headboards two single headboards an issue. rusty fold out rollout bed is ugly and needs to go to the dump and got in the way. extraction fans for bathrooms were ineffective i the level 1 apartments apparently a joined system for whole building. more care abs attention to detail that wouldn’t cost allot would improve this place immensely. different units likely very hit and miss.

location amazing, good layout, we stayed in-unit 1B these are all privately owned units the carpark for 1B was a terrible spot very tight with a large SUV. bbq area was awesome, pool was good but on the cold side. spa was good. living room suite good and dining suite.
