They scammed us with the bond and said they sent it back but never did, and when myself and other family members confronted the officer they got very aggressive

The heat in the lobby and lifts was uncomfortable. The windows were very dirty and out ensuite shower had an awful smell.

The proximity to the beach was amazing. Every part of the property was clean and the gardens, pool, tennis court and bbq areas were so well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and when we had a slight issue with the sleeping situation ( was meant to be two singles in the second room..adult children) it was rectified immediately. We’ve already booked again for November!

When we arrived the staff were condescending and frankly rude. Our appartments over looked the beach which was wonderful however upon arrival into the apartment the floors were sticky, we found a chewed tennis ball under the coffee table used towels in the closet and dirty used utensils in the draws. Again all these things I was willing to over look. The worse thing from my experience is that this property had the audacity to charge me $50 on my credit card for cleaning services without my knowledge there was no communication on their behalf to inform me of these charges and after noticing this charge a few weeks after checkout. I questioned it as soon as I notice it. They stated that the apartment was left in an unsatisfactory condition upon check out and took twice as long to clean. I know for a fact that we had left the apartment in a satisfactory condition removal of all rubbish cleared all surfaces area and placed a small load of dishes on. I requested for photograph proof of what was considered unsatisfactory which they could not provide. I also informed them that there was no communication on their end prior to this additional charge and that they had committed fraud by taken money from my account without approval. I had been told via email that they would refund my $50 but this also took over a week with no response from the property management.. DO NOT stay here or give them your credit card details as they will process additional charges without your consent.

Real Beachfront with beach view and sea breeze from the balcony. Location of the property is pretty central and close restaurants and shopping without being amid of the traffic.

My tiny car park!

Proximity to the beach and local cafe, nearby shops and restaurants. The pool was fantastic, the view from our room was fabulous, easy access to the car park and the lift service was fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery and the fridge was large.

Certainly nothing major, but the walk-in wardrobe/bathroom situation in the master bedroom does not offer much privacy. The walk-in wardrobe had 2 swinging louvre doors, and with hanging space either side of a small walkway. Then there was the entrance to the bathroom. They had removed the doors to the actual bathroom, maybe to modernize the look. You could see the holes where there used to be a door. So as soon as you open the door to the wardrobe, you come face-to-face with your partner sitting on the toilet! We just had to be organized in the morning as to when we needed to get changed and use the bathroom. A few shelves or drawers would also be very useful, as it was all just hanging space. And a soap holder in the ensuite shower, and sink would also be a nice touch.

Loved that the property was absolute beach frontage. The BBQ area was just over the walkway from the beach which was great to have family friends with kids come over. Fantastic views. The location was also great. 20mins walk to Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise. Very relaxed environment and the apartment was spacious with lovely views. We woke up to the sounds of the surf. We didn't have the absolute beachfront apartment. Ours was to the side on the 12th floor. But the property sits at an angle, so we still had lovely, uninterrupted views to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks on the balcony. Staff were also lovely and helpful. On a Sunday, the light in our kitchen wasn't working. I went down to reception to report it. They said they would send someone straight away, which I thought being Sunday we might have to wait a day. But no sooner did I go back upstairs, then they had the maintenance guy waiting for me outside the door.

The way we were greeted when we arrived. No hello how was your trip it was just credit card for the $200 security deposit and that was it. Arriving to a unit that wasn’t cleaned properly was a disappointment. Still waiting on the refund of that $200 which no-one is replying to me about as to when I will be getting it back! They got it immediately from my account I should have got it back immediately too!
