The apartment was the best we stayed using Booking.com Great facilities. Rooms were spacious and apartment was spacious.

furniture very dated, washing machine didn’t work, the pictures online of the two bedroom beachfront apartment was not what we got. the pictures showed the following: * air conditioners in the bedrooms * modern furniture * stone benches in the kitchen with modern appliances We had one old split system in the loungeroom which didn’t heat the living room The furniture in the lounge / dining was very old and uncomfortable The kitchen didn’t have stone benches and the appliances were very old. very small hot water unit so we were constantly out of hot water and had to wait for it to re-heat

the location was ok and parking on-site was good. the apartment was pretty large and the view was fantastic.

Room 4D

The best bit of the holiday was being able to move out of room 4D and into 5B. 4D was absolutley disgusting, we slept in our clothes, broken glass on the floor, shower was disgusting. It was like walking back into the 70's.

More than half of stuff was not working or broken down. They didn't provide all amenity or very little. Just 2 small shampoo and a limited toilet rolls and no dishwashing liquid in kitchen makes you run to the market all the times. Washing machine and dryer was there but no washing powder.

I know the units are individually owned. our beds were very uncomfortable and the oven didn’t work. either did the air conditioning.

Apartment was old, mouldy, smelly, furniture and fittings were deteriorating and did NOT reflect the pictures promoted on Booking.com

the room we were given was run down and dirty. the oven was filthy inside and out. there were doors falling off in both bathrooms. the washing machine was mouldy on the rubbers around the door. the room had a musty smell when we first got there so I bought air freshener for the room. very disappointed

5gb Wi-Fi then paid , even though smart tv but not connected , no extra towels , no air conditioner in bed rooms , before leaving u have to takeout the garbage , so dishes , dry then and put them back

I think we overpaid , would’ve been nice if they let us know that they had renovations going on . We had no idea that the pool and spa bath wasn’t available.  we would’ve liked to use the pool area and spa which was not available because it was under construction. Only one lift was available. there was nothing on the website about being under renovation and no pool or spa.  Could not watch TV in the rooms due to having no Internet in the rooms and very slow Internet that kept cutting out.

The customer service was very bad and unprofessional from the Management team and the big boss of the apartment was very ruled and unprofessional disgusting, The rooms 15D was dirty and disgusting looks like we’re no cleaning made? My house is cleaner than this apartment. This building is not worth the price we paid and it’s very expensive for only 4 adults two bedrooms apartment. Very old apartment looking to beautiful buildings next door. This was a very bad experience that I had ever had in my life. Lastly my second keys for the apartment was missed place we found it again but they can’t give me my money back of $185.00
