Lovely people. Lovely private space. Outdoor BBQ and side burner. Kitchenette well stocked with utensils and everything we needed to make a few meals. Shops and bus stops a short walk nearby. The views over Tassie while having our breakfast were class too. Enjoyed our stay.

Jan and Peter were perfect hosts. The B&B provided everything to a high standard. Peter provided breakfast each morning which was much appreciated. Location was great, beautiful view and also close to Shoreline shopping centre. Easy to get supplies for our onward trip. We felt like we had our own little house. Would definitely stay here again when in Hobart.

Everything was perfect for me. There were plenty of local dining options plus a supermarket. Quiet suburban street. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Jan was absolutely delightful and welcoming. Norhing was a bother.

Accommodation was on the lower floor of the hosts house. There was garage space available with entry into property. As it was a basement area it was a bit dark. It was spacious with plenty facility for self catering. Comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was good, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, toast, tea and coffee and various preserves. Great view over harbour from breakfast room. Jan and Peter were very friendly and helpful hosts.

Great to have a chat with the hosts. The included continental breakfast was very convenient. Very nice to have the hire car in the garage overnight.

Jan and Peter were absolutely lovely hosts. The accommodation was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. Extremely accommodating to our needs with the kitchenette, also allowing us to cook outside on the small stove/bbq. Great lounging area to return to after a huge day exploring. A clean and functional bathroom. Convenient garage entry and parking for our hire car. The local shops are super close, and there's a lovely local beach which isn't too far a drive. Jan and Peter were very welcoming, offering us to come up for breakfast. We were so busy with our own agenda that we weren't able to, but we very much appreciated the offer. Honestly, everything was perfect! Just keep in mind that the stay is a space on the bottom level of the host's house. It is completely separate from the hosts and feels like your own private space, but it is connected to the house. We are quite private people, but this didn't bother us at all. Overall, there was nothing we could fault this stay! My husband and I loved it, and we would definitely come back again! Highly rate this stay!

The breakfast was very basic and had limited variety.

The staff was friendly and flexible and really hospitable and nice. A lovely couple. And brrakfast table had a fabulous view to the harbour, additionally the access was great as well.

Such a good location, handy enough to the city. We were allocated parking in the garage, right next to our accommodation, so settling in was super easy. Jan and Peter were so welcoming, we feel we’ve made new friends! There were many thoughtful touches, including fresh flowers in the unit. Very happy to have stayed here, & we hope to stay again some time.

In winter it can get cold but there is a large aircon unit to run. Bathroom has towel heater and heat lamp and heating blankets are provided in bedroom too.

The hosts are lovely and make you feel very welcome. It is a very quiet place perfect if you need a good night’s sleep and I also liked that a garage spot is provided for a car. As I had to leave early in the morning for work my breakfast was delivered the night before into my fridge, very convenient thank you again.

Hosts were amazingly lovely people. Place had everything you needed. Bed was super comfy, location was perfect, and it was quiet. Car parking in secure garage with remote control provided. Breakfast was upstairs in hosts home where they gave you privacy to eat by yourself. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

No choice in pillows for fussy people. Mattress springs a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of choice. Quiet and had own private space undisturbed which can be concern in some Airbnb stays. Lots of blankets to choose from, the sheets divine as was the doona and covers.

I don't think anyone who stays here would complain anything. we just personally prefer brewed coffee rather than instant coffee but that's totally okay to have instant coffee once in a while :)

EVERYTHING. Jan and Peter are the most lovely and friendly hosts we met in Tasmania. we're indeed happy and grateful that they open their house for guests like us. Their place is awesome. we stayed in the lower floor which is clean and homey. the garden is lovely and each morning we could enjoy our breakfast quietly in their dining room on the upper floor. The habor view is beautiful too. Peter greeted us each morning and chatted with us. we felt so warm. and each time we came back, we would see them and chat with them again. More often than not Jan would be working in the garden welcoming us back home. They're a blessing!

We enjoyed our stay there a lot. The bus stopp is close to the house and it takes only around 20 min to Hobart. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. Lovely and friendly couple.

I would recommend this property to anyone going to Tasmania on holiday. The house was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good , (continental), enough to get you going for the day . Next time I’m in Tasmania , I’ll be staying there. Thanks , Jan and Peter for your hospitality.
