Reception staff are mixed in terms of friendliness. Also, the furniture could do with a fabric clean (we’ve stayed here before) as it’s getting worn and stained. Also filters on aircon need changing as alert kept coming up and they smelled.

Location is excellent, the team that service the rooms do an amazing job.

Would have loved an ocean view but the view of the mountains in the distance was cool. Pool was disappointing.

Checking out and handing in the keys was easy however we had to exit the garage before we handed in the room keys. This was difficult when there was only limited street parking.

The rooms were very spacious and access to many shows/movies on the TV. The rooms seem very modern and new as well.

I thought I booked a sea view room.

Nearly new and nicely designed. Apartment was clean and neat and right up to date with materials and finishes.

Linda on reception was amazing, the room was beautiful and our view was great. The location was walking distance to everything. Will definitely be going back again soon.

Bed in main room too hard

There is a bit of traffic noise at night as it is close to a busy road. The main bed was quite small.

The hotel is in a great location, across the road from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern. The pool and spa were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hot water is very intermittent and at times no hot water. Bed was very hard.

The aircon was set to 24 and we couldn't change it, it made it so hot to sleep at night. The rationing of the coffee pods and tea, there wasn't even enough for the amount of guests in the room and if you wanted more it was an extra $2 per capsule ! We paid more and stayed in the 'Premium beach view apartment 'so i thought it was bit stingy. Also when sitting out on the balcony we kept getting exposed to smokers from other units, so annoying as it is supposed be a non smoking apartment, also in the apartment directly above the pool I saw the guest lighting up a cigarette and it wafted all over us while we were in the spa.

Beautiful spotlessly clean apartment, we were able to cater for ourselves, lovely clean private bathrooms. A fabulous location with easy access to the beach, local shops, restaurants, children playground. Absolutely loved the heated pool and spa. Amazing views to the ocean and up the coast. Parking underneath with lift access to apartment and very secure.

The bedroom with the glass doors that you had to close to separate it off from the rest of the apartment was a little odd.

We booked a ocean view 2 bedroom apartment which was absolutely stunning!!! Such a great location and apartment was spotlessly clean.
