How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Loved how beautiful and clean the cabins were. The grounds were extremely well kept. Facilities available were clean and lovely. Kids loved having a playground on the property, so 10/10 from them! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Close to shops/essentials. We actually found this property by accident as it was the only option we had left, which ended up being a lovely surprise at how great it was to stay and bonus which we didn’t know at the time ended up being a 5 minute drive to where my son had surgery. Will definitely be back again now we know where this place is!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The washing machine was quite noisy, apart from that excellent.
Great location close to the airport. Very relaxing and the pool was awesome for the kids. Nice cabin with everything you need. Will stay again.

We stayed there for 11 days. It would have been nice if rooms were cleaned maybe twice a week rather than once a week. That would be our only gripe 😊
The staff were very helpful & accommodating. The facilities were very clean & I loved the quietness of the room. Location was central to our families & only a 7min drive frm where our son stayed. Highly recommend & would stay there again. Thank you 😍

i think the boys would have liked the pool to be warmer, but it is winter and was actually swimmable.
we travelled as a group to a boxing tournament. the set up of the 3 bedroom villas was perfect. we were all able to eat in one unit and it was great having a full kitchen and cooking supplies. laundry facilities were great for a big group

The heatpump / aircon unit was very noisy and caused a noticeable vibration through the cabin when running. The lighting in the kitchen and toilet was rather dim. Outside, the speed humps could do with repainting in yellow, as they were difficult to see in low light conditions.
The cabin was very clean and well fitted out. The bed was comfortable. The grounds and landscaped areas well well maintained. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Excellent on-site facilities.

Nothing not to like.
The cabin was so comfortable, clean and intelligently laid out. As well as a washing machine, airer and clothesline there was everything we could possibly need for a home away from home. Perfectly located for us as well.

Despite the cabin and linen were clean, but we feel bad smell (like spicy and curry) once entrance to the cabin. And feel strong damp smell in the bedroom. the bedroom doesn't has any aircon or fan. Wifi is not available in the cabin or near area.
A wide range of facilities and kitchen appliances ease your staying time. The linen and cabine were clean. Good facilities for campers including kitchen, shower, and laundry.

The bedrooms were very small. The value for money wasn’t great.
The accommodation was clean and in very good condition and kitchen well equipped. Since we were staying with other families, the resort offered a perfect environment for the kids to play with each other.

I live 4 days no one person coming for cleaning and before check they give instructions if your house is not cleaned or tied than we will charge.

Felt like we were staying in a trailer park, hated the layout. No greenery or vegetation between the units. All units clumped so close together, no privacy at all. No sheer curtains to block view into your unit in day time so when you have the curtains open, others can see straight in! have to drive to get to a shop, no kiosk onsite.
