Very homey but super clean and well equipped. If you have mobility problems or vision problems you may need to be aware that the a few changes of level to deal with. Lovely wooden floors.

Air conditioner did not work but was pre-warned about this and a heater was provided. There is a strict curfew regarding noise as the apartment is connected to a common hallway and other rooms where noise travels easily. this didn’t really bother me.

The fact it was a private apartment, made it feel more homely.

Making noise can be heard from the other parts of the house, so felt we had to keep very quiet.

Nice homely feel about the place. Didn't have time to check out all the fish and enjoy the serenity of the whole place.

Where the tv is located in Unit 2, there is a single chair and two single beds so to watch tv needed to lie on the single beds.

unfortunately didn't avail of breakfast. It is a wonderful addition. Also the new toothbrushes were a godsend as I had forgotten ours. Thank you for these additional touches which make the stay memorable.

It was very easy to collect key and find allocated parking. Spacious room enough for a family of 4. Very welcoming host! We cooked our dinner and breakfast here. nice stay and they have a lovely garden!

There was no comfortable chair to watch TV. The living area was small but a lounge type chair would have made it more comfortable to watch the TV

It is an older house so be aware that sound travels easily between units.

The unit was very well appointed with everything a guest could need for a stay as short as a night or as long as you'd like.

You can hear the neighbours moving about next door, but this wasn't a problem.

Very clear communication around directions to the location and where to park. I arrived at night and there was a slight hiccup with accessing the accommodation but the owner came immediately to assist. The premises were clean and cosy. It was a cold night, but there was reverse cycle aircon in the lounge, a heater in the bedroom and an extra rug available to add to the bed so I was very comfortable. Cereal available for breakfast and shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. It was just lovely - excellent value for money.

. Only thing i didnt like was the TV was a bit slow and I had trouble navigating it. But that was probably more me than the tv.

I usually stay in the cheapest rooms available at the caravan park.. but for the extra $20 it was worth it to stay here.. the rooms are like a home away from home.. you have your own bathroom seperate toilet. Polished floor boards. Seperate main bedroom and even cooking facilities. Duncan made us feel very welcome. Heating and cooling in all the rooms , and netflix for the kids.. the question for me isn't, " if i would stay again" , but rather ," when i will be staying again" . Fantastic price and beautiful accomodation. Oh and the location was perfect for me.. close to fast food, local shopping centre and 5 minutes to my daughters school.

Thre were 2 Accom units end to end adjacent to the main house. There were lovely floor boards The issue was that i could hear the other tenants who i believed to have been wearing shoes which l found annoying. A gign asking for shoes to be removed on entry would be a bonus I couldnt work the remote control and after giving it a go i gave up and snuggled into the comfy bed. The kitchen inclusions were spread over the whole unit and the sink outside on the porch which i didnt realise until i was leaving. lll know next visit!

The hosts warned me that it could be a little loud if the next door occupants were loud - heard them on the odd occasion, but only early on, so really wasn't a problem at all!

I liked everything about it - the facilities offered were great and easy to access/use; location very central; value for money
