A few "Locals" gave us some reason to keep an eye on the cars when we first arrived, but they were quickly asked to leave the property by the people in the office, an did not bother us during the stay at all. A bit dated, and needing a refresh, but still good value for money.

Good location, just a short walk to places for dinner, and not far from attractions like Australia Zoo and Bribie Island. Covered car park gives cars a little more protection when there during the day. Clean and tidy room, with a relatively comfortable bed.

Just the cold breeze under door....there is a big gap between the bottom of door and floor.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. A cold draught was coming through under the door which made the room cold in early hours of the morning. Tried to put ac on to warm room but wouldn't turn on and at that hour there was no one to ask how to operate it.

it's near a train line and on the main road. so it can be a little noisy if you're not use to it. But if you want the location then thats the trade off. some of the other guests could learn a lesson in being courtious too but that not the owners fault.

the couple running it where very nice. the room is a decent size with the basics which is all you need. good bed. sofa, desk etc. walking distance to some really nice food places and the train station if need. the hospitals are nearby too if you need that reason. the carpark has a heap of cctv cameras too so i wasn't worried about parking my bike. they even had a small selction of chocolates and soft drinks you could purchase at reception and they where cheap. OH and good wifi!

small personal dislike of wall mounted fluorescent light which makes tv watching uncomfortable. would prefer ceiling lighting

Parking wasn't allocated so people parked wherever they could. A problem if 2 cars or more per accomodation.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was standard motel style and clean. Bed was comfortable. We slept well. Very accommodating to my request of an early check in so we could pick up keys and get back to the concert venue by 12:30pm.

Nothing really. It is on the main street of Caboolture, which was good, but it is also the main road to the local hospital, so there are ambulance sirens. Noticeable, but not too annoying.

We expected an older motel and rooms, but the unit we were in looks like it had been gutted and refitted in the last few years. Very impressed. It is near a rail line with freight trains at all hours, but the noise level was much lower than we expected.

The occupants in the rooms behind Room 14 , I think islanders were playing loud music around 6pm that night , but we weren't to worried about that as they turned it down around 7.30pm , however around 5.45am on Sunday Easter Morning they had the music blaring and woke the kids and upset my youngest daughter , I had to yell at them to turn the music down, I explained this to wendy who instructed she would be giving them a warning, besides that everything was great.

We loved the The Bedroom Apartment, room for the kids and us adults , Close to Beerwah to attend the zoo and easy to find , clean rooms and great friendly service at the desk
