The mattress needs replacing. Had to do dishes in bathroom sink, no towel to dry them. Ceiling fan was filthy, no blankets.Not a tourist place, more for workers during the week.

Wet soggy carpet on the outside hallway to get to your room. Pillows were old and lumpy and offered no comfort. Air-conditioning is too small for the room, so it didn't really cool the room down completely. There was no TV, though it was advertised that there should have been a flat screen TV with cable. Would not have been good if my child was younger and did not have their own device.

We were just passing through so location was fine. Room was clean. We arrived after hours but the Manager was accessible by phone to get key code from lock box. If you have a car you can easily get around. Would not recommend for people without transport as it's very much in suburbia with no close by shops or restaurants.

The room smelt like cigarette smoke the minute we walked in. A used shower gel was in the shower, microwave was dirty, bed sheet had a dirt mark on it, carpet and couch had multiple stain marks, the freezer needed defrosting, the pool is only opened until 5.30 when a staff member is on site. A dog was constantly barking all day and night in a room below us, it states no pets but also has pet birds on balcony. Constant yelling from guests

I did not enjoy the lack of staff and staffed hours of the motel. The address was incorrect in booking.com and google. The staffed hours were stated from 10-12pm (a 2hr window) and the check-in times were from 2-5:30pm which is unrealistic for people travelling late. When I called to enquire about a late check-in, the phone was not answered for an hour, when it was finally answered the lady was lovely and assured me, she would send the check-in code for the key. this did not happen and when i rung back, she informed my she had my phone number wrong and would send it again - very confusing and anxiety inducing as if I had not rung back by 5:30pm I would not have been able to get into the motel I paid for. The pool was also not clean at all, when my partner and I planned to have a swim in the morning before check-out. There was also no breakfast downstairs when we left at 9:45am. Overall, I believe this motel has great potential, however, needs to work on their advertising to make it correct and their staffing. The price point is low, but I believe it suitable for what it is worth.

The price of this property, compared to others was very desirable. I stayed in this motel coming back from a work trip and needed a cheap place for the night. I enjoyed the fact free wifi was offered, breakfast was advertised and there was the option of the pool. The location was also convenient. The room was overall very clean and free soaps were provided. The room had everything which people would need overnight.

I was told at 5.30pm that i can’t stay outside in yard area have to leave! as apparently only way back to my room was through reception and her shift was finished and they close, ok, but guests should be able to stay outside and able to go around side or through a door to get back to their room.

I remember this motel in its glory days and was saddened to see it now. Potential to be a great motel again however needs A LOT of money put into it. Some minor cleanliness issues.

The outdated room needs a lot of TLC. The material lounge was very stained and should be replaced. The outside hot air was entering through an open window which was unable to be closed.

The view was amazing from the balcony, and the pool looked so inviting. The beds were comfy and wifi was good. The staff were nice.
