Yard workers start a bit early in the morning, and they are quite audible. The pay off for such a stunning place. I doubt it’s avoidable, though, as you wouldn’t want to make people landscape during the hottest part of the day. The shower temperatures fluctuated quite a bit. After some trial and error, I eventually figured out that you can have a cooler shower with as much pressure as you like, or a hotter shower with low pressure, otherwise the water fluctuates unpredictably between lukewarm and scolding.

The grounds were stunningly maintained, the rooms were beautiful and flawlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and massive, spa bath was amazing.

The bed was bouncy! If your partner turns over, you know about it. There was a slight dampness and musty smell but we stayed just after a cyclone. The air conditioning and fan helped to remedy it.

We stayed in one of the studio apartments. Extremely well kitted out with quality linen, toiletries and tea/coffee/light snack facilities. Very clean and well presented. The decking and garden areas were beautifully maintained. Very quiet, serene environment. Plenty of parking and easily accessible.

It’s not a fault of the property but after having a few drinks on arrival and then looking to order dinner, we did not realise that there is no food delivery on the mountain. Make sure you take food to make, pick up on the way through or eat out prior to relaxing with a few drinks; or you will go hungry.

The cottage is spacious and well set out. The room has all you need. The bedding is a standout with luxury bed linen. Huge spa bath!

There was nothing we didn’t like—everything was great.

From the moment we arrived we were delighted with the facilities, the comfort and privacy. Check-in was smooth and the huge spa was definitely a highlight! Considering the price we paid our expectations were surpassed at every level. Big thanks to our hosts Natalie and Gary for going above and beyond even after check out. The only very minor thing was the bad door squeak.

A great place to stay. The gardens and accommodation were all very beautiful, clean, tidy and with everything provided. Check in was easy after hours with clear simple instructions provided. The room was big, comfortable bed, fridge, minibar, aircon, bath with bath salts provided, even a bath robe.

A shame the jacuzzi bath couldnt be used due to the noise in adjoining units.

Beautiful location, the gardens and verandah were superb. The property was spotless with lovely 'extras' like the bath salts, choc biscuits, milk and use of a BBQ. Friendly, approachable owners. Excellent value for money!
