Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

5 mins drive into the main street of Airlie which is nothing considering the great value this hotel offers
Big rooms comfy beds water always piping hot and the place is quiet. Kitchenette in the room is handy for making light meals

don't bother going to the adjoining hotel for dinner, the pizza was like a cardboard cutout
retro older style room (I wanted to take the dining chairs home) clean and comfortable unbelievable shower pressure, the best I've ever seen! easy fast check in and out just enough out of town to avoid hustle and bustle room is larger than average and has front and back access

The location is noisy- above a pub with music and people that stay in the hotel due to the near by alcohol. When we arrived our booking was not listed and we had to wait for nearly one hour till the issue was resolved. We moved out the next day to a much better place In the city. Nearly same cost but MUCH better.

This was a great stop on our trip with dual room access. We had the main entrance via the car park with our room accessing the heart of the hotel down to the dining, bar & gaming areas. We loved the layout.

Was more run down than advertised, very old and worn out room all round. We didn’t expect 5 star for the price however did expect a little more, room wasn’t dirty however lots of ants in room on benches and the shower flooded with each shower, we were just passing through for 1 night.
Good location, and restaurant next door was nice meals Staff member upon arrival was really lovely

- There is no insulation in the walls, so it's impossible to sleep at night and especially if you have noisy neighbours that decide to leave the tv on all night - When I checked in, the door of the room had been left open and they had forgotten a towel in the fridge because they were trying to defrost it

Mattresses need to be replaced as they were old and saggy. And need to pay a little attention to cleaning there were some areas that didn't look like they had been cleaned

The design of the motel rooms around the hotel venue is extremely poor --- every noise from the hotel and outside eating/function area travels (and is amplified) to the motel accommodation. We couldn't hear the television in our room! The parking access is suitable only for small sedans, even a medium size sedan or SUV would be hard to park, let alone my large dual cab for which the parking was very inadequate.

Was a bit old-fashioned, but this did not bother us as it was just a place to sleep, change, freshen up, and hit our next adventure 😀
Everything, in budget, close to the bus stops, Bistro next door, all we needed without the frills. Shower was amazing 👏
