Our 3 rooms were up above the pizza kitchen where a generator or fridges or something electrical switched on and off all night. This made it very difficult to sleep as it was quite loud. The music turned off around 11 both nights but the equipment noise made it very difficult to sleep. For this reason we wouldn't stay here again.

The location was fabulous. We hardly used our car the whole time we were there. The checkin was easy and the bar/restaurant staff were particularly friendly.

The taps in bathroom did not work properly. The only mirror was in the bathroom and with the decent size handbasin in front of it, it was too far for me when I was trying to apply my makeup and there was no full length mirror. I think if there was a full length mirror maybe inside the wardrobe door, that would have helped with getting dressed and applying makeup when someone was in the bathroom getting ready at the same time. Also the rod in the wardrobe was too low for a full length dress so maybe a hook or two behind the door high enough to hand dresses etc on coat-hangers. Simple solutions that can add a little more.

It was central to all amenities. Cute and clean. Easy check in and check out. Super quite which was great. Had a restful sleep. Will definitely come back.

Bathroom freezing cold. Needs at least a heater or hot lights. Orange is a very cold town. We only had one towel replaced on 2nd day and they were pretty thread bare. Saturday night the music below our room was pretty loud so couldn't sleep till finished. I should have checked we were in noisy or quiet area.

Air-cond is very efficient and keeps the room warm. Hot shower perfect for a cold winter day. The room is basic with a fridge and a kettle. They also provide two free bottle water, coffee, tea and a small carton of milk.

The rooms are a bit dated but that adds to the charm. The shower head leaked all night but this is a simple fix.

Facilities (accommodation) are basic and tired. Not great value when compared to other nearby hotels. Rooms and accommodation facilities need a refresh being both dark and old (a pity because the pub and restaurant are great). Noise from a function and the beer garden were also quite loud (but it is after all a pub)

The pub and the restaurant are great and the Canobolas is a great place to meet, watch the footy and have a night out with friends. We are regular visitors to the hotel and will continue to be so but this was our first overnight on premises.

Was a bit noisy early in the morning, sounded like building work or council work outside. Banging noise for an hour or so, slightly annoying at 7.00am. Probably a one off, we will definitely stay again.

Location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, with meal and drink discount vouchers the accomodation tariff is very reasonable compared to other accomodation in Orange.

It would have been better if my side table was next to the bed (room 212) I had the room next to the bathroom. Maybe run a long power cord from the power point to the side of the bed. Also, the bathroom door needed WD40, it was very squeaky.
