The only thing with the capsule is we can hear some noise from the outside I mean from the corridor.

The capsule system is actually really good cause we can have our own place. Everything was clean, breakfast and dinner really good and the guys were very nice!

Some of the Toilettes in the female bathroom didn't have locks.

I had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hostel. They give breakfast and dinner for free. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is huge. The bathroom is very clean and the showers are big.

Nowhere to do laundry and could do with some more places to put items in the showers but this is only being super picky.

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the facilities were kept super clean. Beds were super comfy and surprisingly really soundproof. Breakfast and dinner included. Get a little fan in your bed as well. Amazing hostel. Will be back soon.

There is only one little thing, the blue blanket they give you leaves some fluffs on the sheets maybe because they are new but nothing to worry about

It’s a new place so everything feels so good! They have an enormous kitchen and a beautiful chilling area with sofas and tons of tables. They also give you breakfast and dinner!!!!

A guy snoring like a bus horn (but that’s not the hostels fault).

New, clean, good staff, Georgio and Niva were exceptional and especially nice. Free breakfast and dinner (dominos for dinner was amazing).

Justed stayed at a hostel that was a total surprise packet, dont judge it by its unassuming door! Inside, it's super clean, modern, and way more spacious than you'd expect. The bed was comfy in a super quiet dorm. Plus, plentiful of showers and toilets. Free shower towel, free shampoo and conditioners, free breakfast and dinner, ...I dont think you can find a better deal elsewhetere. Highly recommended!

If you want to be sleep deprived it's the best place. Unfortunately people don't respect the rules and if you get a snoring neighbour you're screwed!

Common areas were clean and tidy. Good conditions overall.

The particular application of the "capsule" concept here might not be what some expect. This is more like cubicles, with some degree of self-suficiency (power outlets, curtains, etc) but not with the isolation that traditional capsules provide. There's a bunch of cubicles (maybe 60?) all placed in a single room, so once you are out of the capsule it feels really cramped, with all the people and their belongings all over the place. Also, in my particular case, the booth light and the fan did not work, and altough the staff didtheir best to try and find a solution, in the end they could only provide a light replacement, so it was a warmer than expected night after all.

Staff were nice and supportive. The kitchen was reasonable sized for all the people in the hostel. The location is convenient, next to a major tram station, near to malls and many stores.

Really sketchy area, homeless and drug addicts always next to entrance , the beach is awful and there is no parking space. Possibly the worst location on the Gold Coast

Sadly other tenants were being loud late at night, I woke up several times at night. Had to go out myself and ask the tenants to consider the time.
