Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was clean, huge space inside to relax. Staff were friendly, they gave me extra hour to stay before check out. I would highly recommend this place to stay when you want to spend the night in Brisbane.

Nothing to say as it was a short stay
I had to check in past midnight and it was not immediately apparent how that would work pork with the office closed. But with the help of a kind taxi driver we called the off hours hotline and were directed seamlessly to the keys. Loved the room and amenities and the bird calls in the morning

No knife to cut food, had to use bathroom sink to fill kettle & to clean dishes. Swimming pool gate always locked.

The numbering on the car parks could be renewed as someone else parked in our allocated park spot.

a bed side lamp would be beneficial when sharing with others as the bed head light was broken.

There's a bit of a damp smell coming from bathroom. We found that keeping the door closed kept the smell from the room. Coffee cup hadn't been washed properly.
Was very close to where we needed to be Sunday night. We decided to eat at the Thai restaurant on-site and I'm so glad that we did as the food was amazing! The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The attached restaurant JEAN’S Thai Kitchen was delicious. The flavours were wonderful and fresh with very generous serves of vegetables. The staff were very friendly and Jean was so kind and joyous it overflowed into her authentic cuisine. Highly recommend.

It’s not that we “didn’t like” this, but rooms do need a bit of fixing up (new paint, ect..) but you can also see that work has been & is being done, doesn’t effect the stay/experience at all!!
Located in a great spot - it’s nice & quiet for the city. Convenient food & shops within walking/driving distance, the rooms are very spacious & clean. Enjoyable stay.

Great little getaway stay with my 2 kids for a sporting event that was close by to this Motel. Clean and tidy, beds were super comfortable and the Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in the area and needed accommodation.

such a big space needed a small table and chairs to sit at or at least a couple of stools so you could use the lovely big bench. Room could really do with a paint walls are quite marked. Don't like that accommodation feels the need to hike up prices because of school holidays, feels like gouging.
Loved the comfortable king bed, the shower had great pressure and was a good size, parking was great, good location, very big room, nice and quiet.
