Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Nothing bad really. Perhaps parking but they let me park out front, so it was fine.
I didn't expect breakfast cereal, so it was a nice surprise and so was coffee pods as i was leaving each morning early to compete in Qld. state competition. Also, the ability to wash and dry my clothes as i stayed a week.

The laundry was a bit hard to find- just before the entry of stadium and to left tucked in behind lattice. But it was really good laundry in a lockable room and safe.
There are so many cabins and all very close with entry to basketball stadium only meters away. The fridge was stocked with milk and a 2L juice for each of the four rooms. Coffee pod and frother and mini cereals! Just lovely! Very clean and modern. Laundry has huge washers and dryers and FREE.

Shower could not be successfully adjusted so showerhead kept falling down. No heating. Bread in fridge for breakfast was a month old and therefore could not be eaten. Very difficult to access the cabin site if you don't know the complex. Also, I had a knee injury and found it difficult to access with the cabin being right at the back. Also quite noisy.
It was conveniently located to the venue I needed to attend for my work the following day. Tea and coffee, milk etc provided.

Scarry isolated carpark, like something out of a backpacker horror movie : think Ivan Molat . Only stayed one of 5 nights booked because of 2 minute walk from carpark to cabin. If they respond saying Theresa safer parking, its a lie.Manager said they would refund me 2 nights but lied and didnt. They made me feel bad and lied. Seem to not care about safety of gyuests.

Cold at night with only 1 doona no blanket. Air con noisy all night. Rang phone on office cabin and no one answered.

everything. misrepresented as a cabin for three with private facilities but the facilities were communal except the en suite a long way from car park and not suited to someone with walking difficulties. also had to traipse to the pool reception to book in and get keys and directions. not a happy traveller this time

shower head broke off while I was in the shower (that hurt), toilet very old and dirty/worn seat. no Teabags supplied. Ants in the crockery cupboard

I didn't like the fact there was a shared common area but that was an oversight on my part when booking. I can't really fault it give how expensive it is to stay somewhere else.
I appreciated how helpful the staff was when it came to my questions about the accommodation. I liked that each person I talked to were in sync with each other. I liked having the room and bathroom to myself and enjoyed the air conditioning most of all. I recommend it to singles or couples but I reckon you could manage with family. Just need to push beds together.

Airconditioning was not great,tiny old square box aircon's that make noise. Rooms are all metal boxes with no shade over them so they get extremely hot and no air-conditioning in share common area so stuck in room or go somewhere else is two options. Swimming facilities are fantastic but we didn't use as swimming lessons going on when asked.

It was hot in the community room with no aircon. There were flying ant remains in the window casing and bench top. There was hair on the shower floor. Aircon was too loud so I turned it off to sleep.
