Lovely, spacious apartment with space to move around and well equipped. Handy location. The only niggling thing was the fact that the water spout in the bathrm sink was way too low to the actual bottom of the sink with the result that there wasn’t much room to wash yr hands without yr hands touching the bottom of the sink. Also would be a good idea to have paper towels in the kitchen.

The building is not sound proofing. The design of the bathroom basin was not effective enough.

Sorry, though we had a good sleep this place was a nightmare to get into! No instructions regarding how to get into the parking area (and we had to pay extra for parking but then received NO further instructions) We had to rely on someone else coming out to help us to get into it the parking area, and getting out of it is a nightmare too as you have to go back into the place to close the automatic doors physically. Sunlight and scratches on the surface of the door code prevented us being able to see the code on the entry due to the glare, so it took ages to see to get into the place. The entry directions generally I thought were onerous and convoluted and could be pared back. The shared spaces (corridors and stairs) were a little scruffy too I thought - there were scuffs and marks and other evidence of wear and tear and some of the graffitti looked a bit tired and/or hurriedly done. I realise the intention was to make this space impossibly 'cool' and there were a lot of young dudes (as opposed to us older dudes) staying there, so it definitely has a 'cool vibe', but it just fell below expecations really. Not as shmick as I thought it would be from the website images. No evidence of saving the planet either that I could see inside the apartments other than some right on quotes and reading matter! The sitting area is also tiny with just a two seater sofa (in our apartment anyway!), the outdoor courtyard in the room we had was also echoey and you could hear the noise from the other courtyards easily when sitting out in it. Luckily, no late night noise. The main pain though for us was the entry instructions and the difficulty getting into the hotel, but once in, overall the space was stylish and the bed amazingly comfortable! Hence despite this moan, now we know how to get into this place, I would probably stay again. Having said that though, it wouldn't be my first choice.

The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom and ensuite were stylish and well appointed. The lower level was stylishly appointed too, but not as comfie as the living area which was tiny. The kitchen space was well done though and well organised and there is a laundry area too downstairs which if you were staying more than one night and needed that, would be great ...! Location was great: quiet and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. It's a 'Cool Vibe' Hotel with good intentions. I also liked the fact the owners donated to good causes per stay.

Clean comfortable and great location. Mini bar was excellent. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect.

Very minor observation: Upstairs bedrooms got very hot, Aircon cooled them down as long as it was turned on a couple hours before bed.

Two couple staying in a two bedroom apartment with the bedroom doors closed overnight but no individual air conditioning or heating in the bedrooms, only a shared one in the passage. This really needs to be changed to make hot nights more comfortable and I would think cold nights over winter as well.

Normally the lighting in the bathroom would be the least of my concerns, but as I was in Launceston for an event the poor bathroom lighting, combined with no natural light and black walls meant I was getting ready in heavy dark shadows. Be ready that the black hallway makes you feel that you're entering a jail!

A great option for staying in Launceston. The room was very similar to many places I've stayed in Scandinavia but it was a lot larger. It was very well equipped and I enjoyed the interesting books supplied. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, including learning about the way that your money is used to improve the lives of those less fortunate just makes you wants me to stay again and again.
