great extra large space for a family of 6 had 3br apartments cosy warm great location definitely stay again very comfortable beds and I'm a fussy person when it comes to beds and clean linen all was well presented had absolutely everything you need great in room mini bar selection and well stocked fridge at your expense, also bonus of a laundry in our room wasn't expecting that .

AustraliaLocation was a little further from town than expected and the hallways were very dark and dingy. They also were playing what sounded like car horns and yelling on repeat in the halls. I appreciate this was likely on purpose given their stance on making change but it was actually anxiety inducing walking through the hallways each day, not something you want on a holiday.

Very modern apartments, have absolutely everything you need in the kitchen etc. And the bed is SO comfortable. Location is also absolutely ideal. Have no complaints! We also have extended our stay twice. I’ve had to ring the property on a couple of occasions with queries and they have been nothing but helpful. Particularly Alicia and another girl whose name I didn’t catch! Nothing was an issue for them.

AustraliaThe car park was so squishy. We did not feel comfortable parking our car in the allocated place so we parked on the street instead.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Once we figured out how to get in to the hotel, it was great! The apartment was really cool, it had views out over Launceston and a private outdoor area just for us. It was too cold for us to sit out there but it would be great in warmer weather. It was really well equipped and had so much space. The bathrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We also loved that part of our fees were supporting the charity of our choice.

AustraliaThe walls and the countertops could do with a repaint, there are lots of chips and scratches. Also we were very close to the neighbours next door who seemed to be running up and down the stairs until late into the night.
Good location, easy access to street parking and a short 10 min walk to Woolies, 25 min walk to UTAS stadium. Rooms were clean and tidy

New ZealandNot enough coat hangers. The two chairs in the lounge were ok but would be better if replaced by comfortable lounge chairs. Tight squeeze in to the garage to park the car. You need a sign indicating the opening switch for the garage door.
Close to town, and there was 2 bathrooms with one ensuite.

The apartment was very modern with all the needed amenities for a good stay. We were able to cook our own food in the kitchen which was helpful. The showers had a lovely pressure. The beds or pillows weren’t the comfiest. The heating was great for cold winter nights. Great location, 5 minutes to centre of shops, 10’minutes to the water and 10 minutes to city park which has monkeys. Paid but for parking but was useful. Definitely worth staying as a family.

AustraliaThe space of our apartment was just enormous. It was beautiful. Having two kids it was really nice. Nice modern kitchen with everything we need (especially with a 8mos old), microwave, kettle, pans, etc. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to woolies. Short drive to Cataract Gorge. I like that we don't need keys because everything is just key code. Front door, parking, & room, you just key in the code given to you. No more "where are the keys", "where are the key cards" & most especially no more "i lost the keys" lines Rooms have got little quotes that somehow inspire you to help those in need and make some personal changes to yourself as well.
