Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe WiFi was very poor and kept on dropping out. The signage to find the hotel reception was a little hard to identify and the bed was very dippy (maybe it was broken). A tea towel and cloth would have been nice to have to clean up coffee spills on the bench.
The location, staff, and room were excellent. The rooms have been newly refurbished. They provided complimentary drinks at the bar upon arrival which was a nice touch.

The hotel was close to everything. There was plenty of parking. The team at check in was friendly and helped me with check in. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The tv worked and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The pressure of the shower was good and had plenty of hot water.

AustraliaThe entrance to the motel area is not obvious from the street. During the day you can enter from several unmarked doors on the street, which contain stairs leading to the reception. The reception is rarely staffed, but you can get assistance by calling a number. The other entries are through the sports bar and the smoking area, both of which take you through the gambling room. Please note that there is no lift, there are lots of stairs, and the accessibility ramp out the front of the sports bar is way too steep to be compliant. If you struggle with mobility, especially if you are a wheelchair user, do NOT stay here.
Great location close to South Bank. Good price. The rooms were clean and had air con. Despite being above the "VIP" gambling room, you couldn't hear any noises from the downstairs establishments. It is directly next to a BWS bottle shop if that's what you're looking for!

MalaysiaThere is a room door security issue to be aware of, as the door may not lock properly unless it is slammed shut. Thankfully, the issue can be checked and avoided by verifying the door's lock before leaving the hallway.
