We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was great. Comfortable, airy and light. Had everything we needed. Didn’t find the road as noisy as other reviews had suggested. Great location near all public transport. Great price for a week. Didn’t use the kitchen but the washer and drier was free to use so that was really helpful.

Very good location for easy access to city or if you are traveling for a concert!! Super quiet and well kept, has all you could need if you don’t mind sharing with a small amount of people!

ItalyThe windows are thin and the traffic is loud. Ear plugs are provided but an investment in better window glass would be worth the expense. The shower room is cramped and there is no space to put clothes while taking a shower. The lock of the room door doesn't feel very robust and I was a bit concerned leaving valuable stuff inside.
The room was comfortable with enough space to put my stuff and a table to work on. The bed was comfortable. The shared toilets are kept clean. They are small but functional. The kitchen is ok as are the washing and drying machines.

FranceThe apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained. The main issue was noise. The street noise was quite bad with older single pane glass windows. Furthermore, the walls between rooms were quite thin and I could hear the noise from other rooms. A bad sign when you arrive in the room and find that ear plugs are provided. Four rooms total and I suspect rooms 3 & 4 might be better.

Netherlands1. The rock hard cheap mattress. 2. The one panel wooden window from 1933 that does not keep out any sound. 3. The smoke detector with the bright green light at the ceiling above your head, which lights up the whole room during the night. All of the points above make it almost impossible to sleep in this accommodation.

AustraliaIt was very loud as my room was right next to the main road. The air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t working, and I didn’t know there was one in the study until I asked the staff. This should’ve been mentioned in the check in message. There is a green light on the roof that is very bright. It was a very small room.
It was very clean and well maintained. They were thoughtful to leave earplugs, snacks, water and coffee. They allowed an early check in. They were responsive.

JapanIt might be the washing machine, when I washed my clothes, they came out quite wet, so it took longer to dry in the dryer. If they could provide something to hang clothes on, it would be helpful for leaving them to dry for a day. Due to its convenient location, there may be a little noise from the road, but it shouldn’t be a problem as they provide earplugs—even though I didn’t use them myself.
It was lovely to stay here. The hotel was clean, convenient, and having a Nespresso machine was an added bonus for me. All the facilities were in excellent condition and very comfortable. I also recommend it for families, though the steps can be a bit challenging for carrying large suitcases. The price is surprisingly affordable for the quality of the room, and I really liked it. At one point, I found that the power board was not working, but the host fixed it promptly, even during the weekend, which I really appreciated. This accommodation was the highlight of my trip, and I would definitely stay here again!
