The bedding was a little itchy, but I have extremely sensitive skin and I'm sure if I had asked for it to be washed in sensitive detergent they would have. I wish it had been Rick and Morty themed!

Ofelia was a lovely welcoming host and there were many extra touches and kindness with essential food left for us and fruit and chocolate. The saltwater pool was lovely and the property felt very secluded. It was almost too easy to just spend each day lying by the pool! It's a short walk from the harbour, river and lovely shops and restaurants.

This was a great space when travelling with young children. Well-stocked kitchenette, with lots of little extras like cereal, bread, and a full bottle of milk that made travelling with small children so much easier, and some lovely extras like chocolates, beer and champagne. The room has beach towels as well as regular towels, the pool is huge and has lots of pool toys. Unfortunately for us the weather was not on our side for our one-night stay but we enjoyed sitting on the covered patio and watching the rain and the view. The patio is gated so perfect for kids. At night we put the boys to bed and instead of being trapped in the room with them we were able to sit at the table outside for a drink and a chat. We really wish we'd stayed a bit longer. Nice relaxing pit stop on our way home from Sydney. Certainly a lot better than a motel room. Also generous with toilet paper and the laundry was stocked with detergent. The bathroom is dated but in good condition and we weren't concerned by it. We were really pleasantly surprised and found the hosts warm and readily contactable.

The pool area could have been cleaner

We had hardly any hot water on the evening. I thought that maybe they would bring us a breakfast but there was cereal etc in the cupboard. But the sachet of Uncle Toby's seemed to be not fresh. Also one of the milks seemed to be open already. The floor needed extra cleaning in the pool shower room.

The pool was great. Although if it was heated a little it would be more comfortable. The children really enjoyed the pool. The view was lovely as we could see the water near Port Macquarie. . The fruit was appreciated. The host was friendly. The exercise machines were good

There was nothing I didn't like about this property

This property was amazing, the location was great...only 3 minutes drive from the town centre yet nice and quiet as it was tucked away in a cul de sac. The bed was so comfortable and we had our own private pool. They supplied us with a breakfast hamper including 4 types of cereal, bread for toasting with a selection of spreads, fresh fruit, milk and a great selection of hot drink options. They also left us an alcoholic beverage and a soft drink and some chocolates, there were laundry facilities in the room,access to 2 toilets and showers. The TV had Netflix, YouTube and Prime video along with free to air channels. There was an amazing private pool with beach towels and body boards to use at the local beaches. There is a fabulous view of the river and harbour. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. 10 out of 10

Fantastic communication from the host Andrew regarding check in and where to find the keys. We were really impressed with the provisions supplied for breakfast. Beautifully clean and well presented unit.

It was a bed and breakfast. Basics provided cereal, 6 eggs and Milk. Had to cook our selves. Not mentioned in details. I would have liked some berries and bacon too. Fresh peaches were left but they were all bruised inside and had to throw them out. ONLY white bread offered. Had to go and buy bread as we don't eat white bread. Did not like that the picture above our bed was super dusty and lots of mould. Definitely needs removing... old Magazines from 2017???

Loved that that the place smelt Fresh as soon as I walked in. Loved the comfy Bed and fresh Linen, and super comfy pillows. Loved the hot-water in the shower and that the shower was so clean. Lots cooking implements, cutlery and plates and cups.Loved the pool outside our glass doors. Swam every day.

The additional touches were nice, extra effort to the towels and toilet rolls were nice. The pool was nice and clean.

It was like a rabbit warren to get around with up and down stairs and twists and turns. The room was a little dated and dirty and the bunks were wobbly and felt unsafe. Was an ok stay, we would not stay again here. More suited for backpackers and singles that families.

The couch could be a little bigger

Everything was excellent except for the mattress on the bunk beds was less than a mattress and more a bag of springs. Bunk frame squeaked all night and so had a terrible sleep.

It wasn’t made clear that this was the lower part of a residential home. More like a bed and breakfast. Kids bunks were squeaky and mattresses not comfortable

Absolutely everything !!! Huge pool, the views of the water and city centre are amazing . Pool toys available, treadmill and bike, washing machine , arriving and there being fresh bread and milk , even a filled fruit bowl. The owners go out of their way to make sure your stay has everything you need .

The mosquitoes were annoying.

The property was clean, provided toiletries and also fulfilled my request for a cot for my 6mth old. The kitchenette is small and was enough for our little family. No stove but there is an electric hot plate provided with cookware and dinnerware - really had everything to make our stay feel comfortable and homely. The pool is right outside the room (so convenient) and there’s a cozy little patio area. We would have made use of the outdoor dining area but it was quite cold and the mozzies were out 😢 Overall - I would highly recommend this property! Lots of restaurants/eateries nearby, supermarkets and Kmart were close by too (can see Kmart from the pool area lol)

The squeaky sound of the bunk bed as my kids wriggled in the night but overall nothing i didn’t like.

the property was easily locatable, not far from the shops and beach it had everything u would need and the pool was such a great statement piece.
