AustraliaRoom didn't have Hair dryer but the receptionist was very good to find one and bring to my room. There were 2 or 3 utencils that were not in the kitchen. Spatula cutting board and something else that we needed to cook with. The extrator fan above the stove did not work. The shower had only cold to warm water on the first night but it did get better during the remainder of our stay. I was concerned with the receptionist on my previous stay as she was very rude however on this trip she was helpful and courteous. Thank you. It seems like the brand of Mantra is not holding up in this facility. There is alot of maintenance that is lacking with the hotel. It just looks and feels run down. But still in a good location and can be perfect.

AustraliaThe day we arrived there was a box with chicken and other rubbish in the pool area, 3 days later it was still there. The air conditioning in the foyer and bar was so cold and on so high it was intolerable. Our room was not serviced over a 2 night stay which surprised me.
