The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. We had a mix up with our booking (i booked an additional night directly which caused the confusion - equally my fault) and the staff went above and beyond when we had a short delay in having the room ready. The room itself was HUGE and the view was incredible. My little boy loved watching the cars, trains, trucks and boats outside. And the gas brigade over at crown at night! Walking distance from the aquarium and Southbank. The room was perfect for our family. This motel will now be our regular while we visit the CBD.

The staff at reception , Arnie and the girls are very helpful , looked after my wife while i was away , the facilities are great , great food at restaurant inc happy hour . the location of this motel suits our needs , close to river restaurants , casino and major events.

Great location, walk or tram to attractions. Very friendly welcome from reception. Good that restaurant has opened the breakfast was nice. Comfortable suite, everything we needed. Spacious shower. Foxtel available on the TV.

From the moment we stepped through the door until we left every staff member were friendly and helpful and very professional. They are a credit to the place. Our one bed suite was excellent and fully equipped. The location to the trams, river and station was excellent. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

It's quite well located for business meetings in the CBD, which is why I was there. I was upgraded to a very nice room. The swimming pool, which seems to be little used was big enough to swim laps and warm enough to be pleasant on some very cold mornings, was great. The fact that there is a restaurant and bar is a plus, especially as the food was pretty good and the serving staff were friendly.

The TV was ancient. Standard definition, with no facilities to use streaming services. We were on the 6th floor and there was some noise from the adjacent railway, but this wasn't an big issue for us. A basic kitchen was provided, but cutlery and crockery were at a bare minimum. Some larger cups would have been good.

Can’t fault anything. The check in lady forgot to activate our swipe / access keys so we couldn’t use the elevator. She was very polite though. Another person assisted us straight away. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and staff going beyond their call of duty to make my child comfortable and entertained.

I traveled with a child. While we had a balcony , there were safety measures in place for my toddler. The location is perfect. The size of the apartment was perfect and was comfortable. These small points matter in a big way when travelling with little people ♥️
