Pool towels from reception not at pool. View from room was disappointing-just an office building. Older hotel but we'll maintained and everything was clean.

Very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Delicious breakfast and service. Easy access parking. Quiet but not too quiet. Value for money. Very clean.

We couldn't figure out how to make wi fi work and the heating system in the lounge was making funny noise every now and then, other than that everything was perfect

It was one of our best stays in Melbourne, we loved literally everything 💜 brilliant location, very friendly and helpful stuff, heated swimming pool, daily cleaning service was a nice surprise 😊 we had a river view which is amazing, trains were a little bit noisy but the view worth it 👌

Only downside was the very tight bathroom, particularly the shower opening. We were in room 7081, the shower opening to walk into the shower was roughly 30cm wide.

Nothing, the price could be considered as expensive but for australian standard and costs in general is actually good.

The perfect location just in the heart of Melbourne. Staff were amazing, cheers to Niall, Nikki, Karishma and the rest of the team. We were upgraded into a room with better views, and with two single beds when we rebooked. Discount offered for breakfast with buffet option.

Location - amazing uninterrupted views of the city, on the doorstep of trams with easy access to all of the tourist attractions. Room- The space was more like an apartment than a hotel room, amazing value for money Comfort - the bed was like a cloud - we had the best nights sleep! Staff - reception were friendly and hospitable, housekeeping were lovely, we had been out all day and came home not only to our beds made with tea /coffee topped up but someone had washed our dirty dishes too!! (which with two young children was SUCH a relief to be able to make a cup of tea without having to worry about doing dishes)

The only thing is train noise, which being where it’s situated can’t be helped. It’s very quiet in the country.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s easy walking distance to many attractions and shopping.

Perfect location, we had a one bedroom with a balcony. The room overlooked Crown Casino. We were able to watch the Gas Fire Show. This was our second stay here and will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and it’s fantastic everytime! The staff are very welcoming, incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Rooms are spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, and it's excellent value for money. Already looking forward to my next stay!
