Amenities in the room is basic, can be improved further ie coffee machine, hand wash, sanitiser. Would be great to have a buffet breakfast included.

We arrived early and we were able get into our room. Ann at reception was wonderful, we mentioned we were celebrating my husbands birthday and she gave us a lovely bottle of wine. The staff could not have been more accommodating. So close to South Bank.

The bed sheet is not fully covered，the inner sheet came out all night, not very comfortable.

The View of Yarra river is fantastic, especially we can see 10pm lights show in room!

Good location Walking distance to South Wharf DFO and Spencer street DFO or the tram is right outside if you’d rather. Our room faced Flinders St and overlooked the railway, but the double glazed windows blocked nearly all of the noise

The car park is tight for larger cars- 1.8m height clearance. However, we were given prior notice of this.

The location of Clarion Suites is perfect as it is situated on Flinders Street, right on the Yarra River, overlooking Southbank and the Crown Casino. The apartment provided us with everything we needed. It had a small balcony big enough for a couple of chairs, from where we could admire the amazing view, especially at night. The bathroom was small but the towels were beautiful and big. The living space had a couch, round table with chairs, and a desk. The kitchen was well-equipped but a coffee pod machine would have been a nice addition. The city center and Southbank are within walking distance which was perfect for us. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment. Although Clarion Suites is not a fancy place, it had everything we needed for a great stay. We are definitely planning to stay there again.

The bathroom setup was interesting with the basin in a separate area to the bathroom. Would be great for getting ready to go out at night though! Not a bad thing, just not the usual setup. The fridge in the kitchenette was quite wonky and needed to be stabilized better. The soundproof secondary glass out to the balcony was almost impossible to move to get onto the balcony. We had to get a maintenance person to help me move it because we were worried it was going to break. All first world problems that only minimally affected our fantastic stay though

The location is great - parked at Crown and walked across the bridge to checkin! Could watch the. Christmas lights and fire pillars light up from our River view room too! Free tram options in all directions. Warm pool with only a meter depth which was great for families!

Street noise, and room had been serviced but there were no towels or bath mats this was promptly remedied when I rang housekeeping. I think the rooms away from Flinders st would be quieter.

Cleanliness and location. The parking was very convenient and cost $30.

It was a bit noisy but the double glazed glass did a good job. I don't think it's possible to get the river view without the noise as both the river and train lines are facing the same way. Also, I wish the parking was bit more spacious.

Amazing view of the river, the Crown and many other tall skyscrapers. Amazing value for money. Would love to stay here again.
