Was more expensive than usual because long weekend. Would have liked a higher floor although we still enjoyed the view.

Location and view are fantastic. Had 8th floor with river view. Have had higher before. It’s good to use ear plugs if you don’t like noise eg trains and cars. Plenty of action to watch in the city. Kitchen had enough utensils but could use a medium sized saucepan. Had washing machine and comfortable bed. Heated pool was pleasant. Was allowed a later check out. Lovely staff. 24 hr reception.

Nothing. Although, I normally get a lovely cookie or note welcoming me back as I stay here a few times a year. I didn’t this time, so that was a little disappointing. The cookies are delicious 😝

Excellent location to Melbourne city, transport and venues in the area. Reception staff were fabulous and very welcoming, appreciated the complimentary coffee voucher during my stay. Had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant (a beautiful steak), great food and drinks and very affordable. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable and a brilliant view of Southbank on the Yarra from the balcony. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again when in Melbourne. Thank you again for a great experience.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to city centre, Southbank, flinders lane & laneways, the hotel is getting a bit tired but it is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. If your a light sleeper opt for a room that doesn’t overlook the river, the view is fantastic but the trains can be a little noisy. The staff are top rate! Outstanding service, so friendly & helpful.

The washer/dryer combo didn't work too well. It took a couple of hours to dry clothes.

Great apartment with separate bedroom. It was a good location for visiting all the sites in Melbourne.

The one bed city view unit we booked has a studio next to it & they can be rented together as a 2 bedroom. The wall between our bedroom and the studio was paper thin and on the second night we could hear every word the people staying in the studio were saying as I think the bed was literally on the other side of the wall to ours. This could have been awkward as I was travelling with my 13 yo son. Luckily the people were polite and didn't get up to any antics.

We stayed in a one-bedroom corner city view apartment. The location was brilliant as we could easily walk or catch a free tram to anywhere in CBD. It's only a 18-minute walk to Marvel Stadium which was handy as we went to a concert there one night. South bank is also just across the bridge in front of the property. The unit was large and bright, and the expansive city views down to Federation Square and views across the river to South bank were awesome.

Nothing we had a fantastic stay

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very attentive, friendly and helpful. We really had a fantastic stay here. We had a beautiful view from our hotel room and the room was clean and well spaced and had comfortable beds. There is also a really good hot and cold breakfast selection and the location is perfect for new tourists as its really central and close to the station as well.

We were upgraded to a river view room which was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I could work at the desk. The staff were friendly and helpful, as always. It is a fantastic location to access everything in the CBD. We'll be back

Perfect location, nice room, quiet. Just a bit dated, older style TVs, no wifi etc, bathroom was small and hard to get in and out of the shower. Good water pressure and the A/C work very well. Door locks stopped opening on our third day but they were happy to unlock it on demand for the rest of our star. Overall very nice.
