The noise of the trains early on the morning. It would have been good if the hotel cafe was open because we would have gone down there and had breakfast every morning.

The clean and spacious room and the location was fantastc. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted. The view from our Riverview room was amazing.

Restaurant was not open however we knew that in advance. Other wise no problems, if we go to Melbourne again we will stay here. Bit noisy when trains started up in the morning.

the room was 14th floor and over looked the river ,nice view. Smiling staff and very pleasant. Pool was great for the kids to relax in. The secure parking was a bit tight manoeuvring, however well worth the effort and cost.

It was quite noisy at night due to the frequent train lines which impacted our sleep quality. The sofa bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable.

Beautiful view of the Yarra river, very convenient location, spacious rooms, very clean, nice facilities (kitchenware, washing machine and dryer etc), parking available inside the same building, polite and helpful staff at reception (although the manager on duty appeared impatient and grumpy when we couldn't find a parking slot and asked for help)

The only negative was the Wifi which was basically unusable. This should be standard in any city hotel so was pretty slack. The were LAN connections in the rooms but the hotel had no cables, also pretty slack. I could only work by hot-spotting off my phone

The staff were very nice and upgraded us to a one bedroom suite increasing the value for money. The location was very good, a short walk to Flinders Lane restaurants, Flinders station or across to Crown Casino.

Nice river view and good for family. My kids like looking at fire show in front of Crown hotel also indoor swimming pool is not too deep and warm.

Bathroom was quite small, and entry to the shower was a struggle - even as an "average" sized adult I had to turn sideways to get in!

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable so need extra layers to make it softer and not so "springy". The train from flinders station is loud. Recommend higher floors. But if you are sleeping in the room and not on the sofa bed in the lounge then there is noise cancellation for bedroom windows. Restaurant and room service not available which would have been a convenience for young families.

You can pay for carpark. Veranda had view of the Yarra River for New Year fireworks. There is an indoor pool for families with kids. The kitchen is handy. Probably can do without daily room service but it is there.

Parking super tight, but was lucky enough to have an amazing staff member direct me to an available space once I had arrived at the car park.

Great communication when trying to stay on the same floor as another couple I was going to a concert with. Super comfortable rooms - great size and awesome views.
