Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe one bed city view unit we booked has a studio next to it & they can be rented together as a 2 bedroom. The wall between our bedroom and the studio was paper thin and on the second night we could hear every word the people staying in the studio were saying as I think the bed was literally on the other side of the wall to ours. This could have been awkward as I was travelling with my 13 yo son. Luckily the people were polite and didn't get up to any antics.
We stayed in a one-bedroom corner city view apartment. The location was brilliant as we could easily walk or catch a free tram to anywhere in CBD. It's only a 18-minute walk to Marvel Stadium which was handy as we went to a concert there one night. South bank is also just across the bridge in front of the property. The unit was large and bright, and the expansive city views down to Federation Square and views across the river to South bank were awesome.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Very attentive, friendly and helpful. We really had a fantastic stay here. We had a beautiful view from our hotel room and the room was clean and well spaced and had comfortable beds. There is also a really good hot and cold breakfast selection and the location is perfect for new tourists as its really central and close to the station as well.

New ZealandPerfect location, nice room, quiet. Just a bit dated, older style TVs, no wifi etc, bathroom was small and hard to get in and out of the shower. Good water pressure and the A/C work very well. Door locks stopped opening on our third day but they were happy to unlock it on demand for the rest of our star. Overall very nice.

AustraliaUnfortunately the key pass to the rooms were malfunctioning for most guests during my stay which was a little inconvenient but nonetheless the staff were super apologetic about it. I will definitely be back to stay again.
Great location, beautiful rooms + view from the balcony and staff were very lovely. Hotel was clean and parking was very close and handy. Short walk to a tram stop and close by to everything.
