Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I got upgraded to a studio unit, which was lovely. The apartment was lovely and spacious. The temperature could be adjusted and was perfect. I was too busy, hence could not check the pool :(

Comfortable stay, staff were friendly and helpful. I needed some bandaids for a blister and the front desk clerk was kind and found some for me. Location was convenient for where I needed to go.

Location is very central to CBD. Tram stops a few minutes walk away. It's also walking distance from the Crown Casino area so very convenient for restaurants etc. We got upgraded to an apartment type room which was really nice.

AustraliaThis accommodation was a bit expensive & we weren’t aware that our 2 different rooms had sofa lounges and could have booked just 1, 2 bedroom apartment. Showers need updating, shower screen too small & water goes all over the toilet and floor.
The location was fabulous & we’ve stayed here before. Staff were lovely. Great space with kitchen & living area.

The staff especially Elvi at reception was delightful ,she went out of her way to spoil us, as it was our wedding anniversary and she really looked after us ,making our stay exceptional .Williams restaurant on site was terrific we had great food there as Elvie suggested we could eat there while we waited for our room to be ready .So handy to restaurants and the city ,walking distance to trams and sightseeing. So clean and great size rooms.

The hotel also has its own onsite parking which you dont need to reserve and is reasonably priced for Melbourne CBD. The park is quite tight but despite this, we did see people who had managed to park their utes! Location is also excellent - 10 mins walk from Southern Cross, close to Flinders Station and the Yarra River, and in the Melbourne CBD. .

Staff were very accommodating & friendly! We had a surprise Upgrade so I bought them Hot Jam donuts from Vic market. They inturn placed a bottle of champagne in our room. the room was very spacious, the location was great. Even on the skirt of the CBD the free tram system around the CBD makes getting around easy. Short Walk to South bank, loads of restaurants.
