It was one of our best stays in Melbourne, we loved literally everything 💜 brilliant location, very friendly and helpful stuff, heated swimming pool, daily cleaning service was a nice surprise 😊 we had a river view which is amazing, trains were a little bit noisy but the view worth it 👌

The perfect location just in the heart of Melbourne. Staff were amazing, cheers to Niall, Nikki, Karishma and the rest of the team. We were upgraded into a room with better views, and with two single beds when we rebooked. Discount offered for breakfast with buffet option.

Room- The space was more like an apartment than a hotel room, amazing value for money Comfort - the bed was like a cloud - we had the best nights sleep! Staff - reception were friendly and hospitable, housekeeping were lovely, we had been out all day and came home not only to our beds made with tea /coffee topped up but someone had washed our dirty dishes too!! (which with two young children was SUCH a relief to be able to make a cup of tea without having to worry about doing dishes)
