We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWifi is really poor in the room. I also felt that the charging points we a little too far from the bed. The hotel looks really dated (or just out of date design choices) but it was really clean. While the hotel is at a location with potentially great views, i personally didn’t think it was the most convenient and accessible locations. You still had to walk about 10min to Southern Cross station or Filders Street station. While there are tram stop (free tram rides in that area), the hotel is situated kinda in between 2 stops. It’s not ridiculously far - it’s just at the outlines of the CBD/free tram zone, and therefore also quieter.
The hotel room was spacious with a well-furnished kitchenette. The sitting area was big enough for me to even do aerobic exercises while I was there. Bedroom was much smaller compared to the sitting area but still comfortable nevertheless. Housekeeping came almost everyday and did quite a good job and the room and hotel is generally really clean. There is a washer cum dryer in the room as well and you can purchase the detergent for AUD 2. The washing took about 3h(?) but it washed well and was very convenient anyway. My room was facing the back of the hotel which are the office buildings so it was quiet although I didn’t have any good views. Staff are friendly and accommodating and are helpful to tourists who may need advice and directions.

Great position. Terrific view across the Yarra and Melbourne skyline- gorgeous at night. Upgrade to river view and you will not be disappointed. Apartment had everything you needed. Good space for a city hotel. Lovely staff, quick to assist. Would definitely stay again. Recommend highly.

AustraliaThe towels needed to dry after showering late morning and prior to being used again before an evening function, but the dryer (washer/dryer combo) was on for an hour but they didn't dry much. Only a small thing, everything else was great.
We chose a river view room and were impressed by the size of the room and the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and bedroom! We had a great view across the river towards Crown Casino, watching the gas flames each hour, and loved seeing the hot-air balloons floating above the MCG in the early morning. The kitchen was huge and had all we needed and the bed was so comfortable and warm on a cold winter night. Shower pressure, even during peak hours was great. The staff was fabulous -so friendly, welcoming, and funny. Southern Cross Station and lots of food options were close by and having a tram stop 100m up the road was a bonus. We will absolutely be back and look forward to the renovations at the restaurant being completed so we can give it a try. It looked lovely already!
